I think it will probably be in the 45-50 range. Typically it takes in the 50s, but the East is so bad this year. The other thing happening is that the Pacers and Heat could both win 60+ wins, with a lot of them coming at the expense of the Eastern conference.

Charlotte's lost 3 in a row and I believe 4 out of their last 5 so they seem to be coming back down to earth a bit.
Bickerstaff: who's up for kickball?!!
Ed Wood: Only if it's the no-pants variety.

If the Wizards keep playing well, I think the 3rd seed is very attainable. With Horford's injury, I think the Hawks will really struggle. They really don't have much size.

Third seed avoids Miami in the second round, and yes, I think ultimately they will end up with the best record in the east.

The Wizards would want to avoid Miami and Indiana in the postseason, so I don't think seeding between 3 and 4 matters.

I actually think we are better off facing Miami than Indy.

We could very easily be at 18-10, 17-11 had it not been for losing those games versus @OKC, MIL, DEN, and CLEV (that ATL game in their house was bitter as well). But I guess, probably more am hoping, that those games have helped us learn a few, very important things such as not taking our feet off the peddle, that no lead is safe, and that you can't let bad teams linger around (MIL, CLEV) and will save us from most of those meltdowns moving forward. We also need to improve at home, our road record is pretty decent at 7-9 (especially considering our road woes we've endured for a long time now), but we should be better than 7-5 on our home court. Hopefully this next stretch of 3 in a row at home of very winnable games (DAL, TOR, GS) will improve upon that.
