Jabari's going to hurt your shooting percentage and turnovers - and isn't going to help with steals and blocks. But Otto's probably not going to play more than 25 minutes a game.

I think it would be interesting to try just updating the game thread to include the POTG polls instead of making them two separate threads.

Its not like we are running out of pages in the games thread, and it keep the conversation going in one place instead of dividing it while people are actively talking about the game.

And it you ever look to revisit a game thread, you get it all in one place.

Would be worth giving it a try for a few games and see how it goes. My guess is there would be more votes for POTG and more conversation about the game because everyone will be in one place instead of divided.

My vote is: Neh. I like the POTG threads.

Nene essentially dominated the game. I've been plenty critical of his overall productivity at this stage in his career, but he absolutely killed it Saturday. Let me put it this way: if he played 33 minutes at this level every night, we really would have a chance to be a 60-win team!

Not just his scoring (10-12 -- wow!), but assists, steals, only 1 turnover.... Just a great game from Nene. POTG without a doubt.

OTOH, I'd love to give POTG to Porter just because he's demonstrating what a terrific NBA player he can be. Where are all the people who didn't want to draft him now? :)

I'd also like to give POTG to Garrett Temple. He has started the season strong!

Then there's John Wall.... So far, he's playing at a new level. Big jump up.

Yeah, lots of good performances this game. Four guys scored more than twenty, Otto with his career high, Wall almost got a triple double, Temple got a career high.

Well done guys. But wow does Milwaukee suck.
