Sorry guys. Last night was my anniversary night. Will get new game thread up for Miami after putting my daughter to bed tonight.

I watch the opponent feeds to see what the league wide perception is and the Minny announcers were enthralled and enamoured with John Wall, saying he was a revelation, that they don't think to check this team out in general since we only play them twice a year but having researched the squad and watched the last few games they love our brand of basketball and how pretty it was to watch the ball move around like that to find the right guy every time. Nice to see the recognition. My hope is the general public really notices when John Wall puts on a show on Christmas morning vs New York. That'll be fun.

This begs a general question -- do more people watch the CSN feed or the opponent feed when watching games?

I don't live in the area anymore, but I always listen to Buck and Phil on League Pass. Love those guys. They've been there for so long when the team was losing, and now I can just hear the joy in their voices getting to watch a likable, winning team. They're homers, but so am I.

I disagree with you guys. I think Hump has been good to very good on defense. Thad lit him up but lets not act like that is the norm. It was a very unique situation. Thad is 2 things that are scary. He's really a SF and he's a lefty. Sometimes styles make fights. Hump can guard most pf's but this guy is a true 3 who plays the 4 spot and for some reason literally every time we play any lefites, they light us up because Witt obviously doesnt seem to tell our guys to force them right and our guys seem to dumb to think of it. If you let a lefty go left then he's going to beat you 9 times out of 10, especially if he's playing out of position. Hump has played well against a lot of true 4's. I wouldnt overreact to Thad. Their are no Thad's starting in the East who we have to worry about in the playoffs

Wouldn't it be interesting if Otto replaced Witt in the starting lineup, Pierce slid to the 4, and then Hump and Nene both worked off the bench? I don't think Witt's that creative and I don't think he would trust a crunch time lineup without two "traditional" bigs.

I do like the sound of Coach Porter.
