Seeing production - and some nice dunks - from Porter was the highlight of the game.

I think he was upset that the Wizards ended up scoring on the final possession instead of running out the clock but Butler wanted to give the fans 50% off of pizza.

Yeah, normally that would be an uncool move, but under the circumstances, I think it was okay. Butler talked to Fisher when the players were shaking hands. I wonder if he apologized.

I missed the first half so I'm rewatching on League Pass. I'm very happy to see Humphries take a corner 3. He missed it, but hopefully it's a sign that Randy is trying to adopt some 21st century concepts into the offense. The offense looks so much better with Humphries and Gooden taking 3-pointers. Gortat and Wall have so much more room to run their pick and roll.

At this point the rotation going into the playoffs should be

Wall/Sessions
Beal/Porter/Sessions
Porter/Pierce
Gooden/Humphries
Gortat/Nene

Best lineup. Hands down.

Doubt it happens. Wittman is afraid of Nene

Don't care much for Gooden as a starter. No matter how well his play is perceived as of late, he can't be trusted with his shot selection and I think it would be a mistake to keep Nene out of the starting lineup against the Bulls.

You can make the case that he gives us a better matchup against the Raptors perhaps, but even then I'd rather have Humphries getting the nod over Gooden as a starter.

Nene's effort should also increase in the playoffs.
