Where the hell was Dudley in the final few minutes?!? He was the only one making a difference on the defensive side.

Beal should be regulated to just catch and shoot. The more time the ball is in his hands the higher chance of disaster.

Beal was 1 for 7 from 3 and he had 7 turnovers. Not much went right for him but Washington really has to consider all of their options at this point. That being said, I would be surprised if Beal gets a max offer from a team- unless EG is bidding against himself.

Then again, Beal still has the rest of the season and potentially the playoffs to play himself out of this (although at this point, the Wizards would be on the outside looking in).

Yeah, I'm starting to think that the best of all outcomes is for Beal to continue to stink this season, and in particular, in the playoffs when everyone is watching. I don't want to be stuck paying him $20M a year when the quality of his play (including a reasonable projection of his improvement) suggests that he is worth more like $12M a year.

The only problem is that if Beal stinks and we don't do well in the playoffs, how much does it hurt our KD2DC chances? Or is that already out the window anyhow?

Remember back during the 90s, a heckler would aways be behind the Wiz's opposing team's bench...he was a lawyer or something? i didn't notice him last night. is he still not a season ticket holder?

As I understand it, when the team moved from Capital Centre/USAir Arena in the suburbs to Verizon Center in DC, they decided not to let him continue holding seats behind the visitors' bench. I guess they thoguht it was counter to whatever image they were trying to project, or something. He soon decided to stop being a season ticket holder. I guess it wasn't as fun if he couldn't stand right behind the opposition, yelling through his little megaphone.

And he was the single most annoying Bullets fan of all time, imo. I wouldn't ban Hands from here, but I would vote to ban Robbin Ficker from every Bullets/Zards/Zephyrs arena.
