Sure you can go up there. Just go to the stairs or use an escalator if you prefer.
Ain't no thing. MSE definitely wants you to have access to the vendors on that level.

This season I've often used halftime as an opportunity to get some exercise. I just go to
the stairs and start going up and down for 12 minutes or so. Then back to my seat for the 2nd half.

As for AFM, you tell me! I've no idea. I've given up trying to figure out what the real person
there is actually like which is probably the way he wants it.
