He was fouled at the end of the 2nd OT- still probably should have made it. He made up for it by hitting the game winner in triple OT.

He has been so unbearably horrible this year. No effort. No intensity. No rebounding.

Morris still looks banged up. His effort hasn't been their in the rotations and frequently gets his shot blocked at the rim. Maybe Brooks doesn't want to kill his confidence but he probably shouldn't be starting right now. Maybe he will play himself back into shape.

He doesn’t seem to have any heart. Where’s the competitive fire?

Hope Otto is ok but either way, we are going to get blasted on Sunday. Meeks has been garbage pretty much all year and I'd like to think there are other options, but there aren't. We need that Lou Williams/Jamal Crawford type off the bench. I thought he'd at least be a solid 3-point shooter but he can't even do that.

Totally agree on Meeks.

Winning record against teams over .500 losing record against teams under .500.

This is the Wizards for you and as hard as they tried to lose this one, the Clippers simply didn't have enough bodies to take this gift wrapped W.

It's really weird. Meeks has been a consistently good catch-and-shoot SG for most of his career. You could always count on him to come off screens and get up 6 or 7 3PA's per 36 minutes and shoot them at a 40% clip. He couldn't rebound, couldn't create for others, and was a suspect defender, but the man could shoot. What you couldn't rely on was him being healthy.

Surprisingly, we are getting a healthy Meeks; but he has inexplicably lost the ability to shoot.
