The Wizard are....

Post#1 » by CobraCommander » Thu Dec 28, 2017 4:42 pm

This year just reminds me what I have unfortunately feared all along...that the wizards are just a collection of good young players that have no chance of being a championship team like

It also is just as clear to me that we should be better but if you cant win big (really Big) with these assets you might not be able to win with even lesser talent.

I’m not saying they need to blow it up...but they gotta seriously consider changing something BIG considering they have lost to the WORSE teams in the league .... All of the worse teams. The wiz are the team that you play to get “healthy” after a long losing streak.

Am I overreacting but do you actually think the core of this team can become a championship caliber team?

That team should have made the NBA Finals the year they played Philadelphia in the playoffs. I remember the refs really holds them.

The ratings were much higher with Iverson's team in the finals.

...meeting Ted's expectations.

It's no surprise that a team with an owner who defines success as making the playoffs is led by players who go 1 for 2 from the line on a consistent basis.
Always remember, my friend: the world will change again. And you may have to come back through everywhere you've been.

...playing for stats against lesser teams.

According to ESPN's sports ticker.

Now everybody knows. Good luck on those All-Star bids.

...in dire need of a shakeup.

A trade for some different faces, even if it is lateral or a losing deal for us, might just be a benefit in the long run if we are moving some of our lazier guys for those that have motivation to win.

Well, in fairness, we took Mike Pence off their hands. Taking back Mahinmi is the least they can do.

But who is the problem...its like they try but they dont have a plan or scheme or strategy... the coach needs a reboot...

Wow. It’s almost as if the best EG could ever attain is mediocrity. Like he can’t tell the difference between elite level talent and fringe all stars or that he doesn’t know how to or doesn’t put in the effort to build solid depth.

Thankfully, we know better. He and Ted laid out a plan and they’re sticking to it. All it takes is getting hot at the right time.

The Bucks were 1 games away from a NBA Finals. I'll take that mediocre result for this season.
