Timothé Luwawu-Cabarrot Reminds me of two Key and Peele skits: Substitute Teacher and East/West College Bowl.

Beal untankfully clutch. Denver should be a 25-point favorite tomorrow.

I'd rather have Mario Lopez or J-Lo take the last shot. That was that the we don't give a f-ck last play.

My level of Wizards engagement is at an all time low.

If Ernie somehow survives this, I'm done.

I switched between the Wiz and the Caps - both teams lost in OT, but the Caps game seemed to be played at a very high level, while the Wiz were at a very low level. Up until last year, I'd hardly ever switch from a Wiz game to a Caps game, but last night I watched about half and half. Wiz ball-handling was especially bad last night - most of their turnovers were unforced. Parker continues to look like a much better player than Portis - who was awful- though Parker gave up any pretence of being a passer. Gotta keep in mind that Parker is doing well against bad defensive teams.

Last night was a good night for the tank.

The Wizards lost.
Orlando won.
Memphis won.
Miami won.

The only bummers were than New Orleans and Dallas lost.

I am somewhat hopeful that the Wizards are going to close the season out on an extended losing streak now that it's becoming increasingly clear that there's not a slither of hope of making the playoffs.

The veteran free agents on the roster can smell their vacations already and they've got very little reason to put it all on the line in those closing week.

Combined with Brooks steadfastly playing Portis and Parker, there's very little hope that we're going to see anything close to a turn around from a defensive perspective and that's the secret ingredient to increasing our lottery odds.

Out of the 10 remaining games I'd say the Wizards have a legit shot in maybe 4 of them, but what works in the lottery odds favor is that 3 out of those 4 are on the road where Washington hasn't been able to win no matter whom they faced.

vs Nuggets
vs Heat
@ Lakers
@ Suns
@ Utah
@ Nuggets
vs Bulls
vs Spurs
@ Knicks
vs Celtics

2-8 sounds about right.

Yeah, at this point it's pretty obvious that Bryant is better both offensively and defensively than Portis, yet Portis plays more minutes, and he plays down the stretch of close games. Tank Commander Brooks living up to his title.

At this point, I'd prefer if they just started Sato, Brown, Dekker, Parker and Bryant. We really ought to be assessing what they can do for us going forward without Beal, Ariza and Green carry so much of the load. I suppose Beal has to start or else the league might start fining the franchise, but play Beal less than 30 minutes.
