I'd say no matter what it is still Gil above Beal and Wall.

Arenas was a game changer for the league, both in terms of social media and in terms of style of play.

It is underappreciated now, but with Arenas and Jamison our team prefigured the Darryl Morey Houston Rockets current data-driven model. A guy like Arenas put up impossible levels of scoring efficiency precisely because he would either gun from 3, or drive it down the throat of the defense to collect FTA's even if the dunk attempt failed. Jamison's outside shot gave spacing for him to do this, and suggested to the rest of the league a hint of what the future looks like in the 'no-hand-check' era. Gil would've feasted in a league that puts up over 40 threes a game and calls ticky tack fouls on anyone defending the ball handler.

And as for the intangibles, Gilbert's Q rating elevated him to superstar status, where Beal and Wall have complained their whole career that they get no respect or love. Nobody in any other city buys a Beal jersey. Even in DC I'd bet we sell more Hachimura jerseys than Beal gear. But every road game back in the day had someone with an Agent Zero shirt. Even when it was a choice between loser blue and shiny gold satin pajamas. (I liked the Agent Orange jersey myself).

It's still Hibachi. If Wall comes back better than ever and leads us deep into the playoffs, okay then he has a chance to pass Gil. Beal. I like. He's solid. Still it's hard to see how he can elevate his game above 'really damn good' to a superstar level.

I would go arenas, wall, Beal.

Both wall and Beal haven’t finished their careers and both have a small chance to pass Gilbert.

If wall comes back and finds a way to be back at his 20/10 and intense defence that leads the team to a conference playoffs then I think that puts wall ahead.

If wall doesn’t come back and Beal stays number one option and becomes a league leading offensive threat that leads his new team into playoffs and becomes a 50+ win team perennially then Beal could have a real chance of going past both. As an overall offensive player I think Beal is the best of the three.
