Bertans Out 4-6 Weeks

Our sometimes Sniper is done for the season, time for Gill/Matthews to answer the cal, we've got no-one else.

Davis Bertans will be out four to six weeks with a grade 2 calf strain.

Bertans suffered the injury during the Washington Wizards' Game 4 win over the Philadelphia 76ers.

The Wizards trail the series against Philadelphia by a 3-1 margin.

It'll be interesting to see how management/Brooks uses the injury excuse to justify bringing back the exact same lackluster coaching staff, roster, and front office next season. You know it's coming.

Ted: I thought we would go further this year.
Tommy: Well, 3/5ths of our starting lineup was out with injury.
Ted: Excellent point. Well, at least Scotty made up for it with those creative lineups. And you with getting Mr. Gafford, well done.
