And anyways, the team has another problem in the bigs. While we all speaking about the ball handlers, we have bigs who don't know how to screen and do P&R. With emphasis on the pick. That's a problem. Moreover, our care in defense on P&R situations is horrible. No talking, no communication at all. That's on the coach as well.

Sadly I agree. The obsession with Neto and Holiday has been a disappointment. Both are NOT pass first point guards but 6 feet shooting guards. He should try Deni more at point (next to another ball handler,. either Beal or Dinwiddie). Heck, why not try 6' 5" Ayayi and see what happens!
Because none of those guys are point guards and wouldn't even be able to get us into our sets.
It's fine to bash Wes for playing Holiday and Neto too much when both Beal and Dinwiddie are available. But when Dinwiddie is out, Neto and Holiday are going to man the PG position. There really aren't any other options. Beal can do it a little bit, but he is very turnover prone - particularly if the guard alongside him is someone who really doesn't dribble at all, like KCP or Kispert.
Frankly, I'm kind of surprised that Holiday and Neto combined for just 44 minutes and not 48+.
On base of what data do you declare this statement?
We don't know it.
A good coach finds another solutions and should be creative. You have more than just 2 Ball handlers in the rosters, or at least guys that have the potential being ones. The problem is that he doesn't trust them and give them the key to do that in gametime. And to be honset, as your 2 "go to guy" PGs are playing like ****, yes maybe it is a good idea to be creative and try things. You have nothing to lose. You don't give players extra minutes because they play bad, even if you don't have really "other options". A good coach always has other options and solutions (and can adapt himself to the way the game flows).
Wes sees the guys in practice for hundreds of hours. He knows what they can and can't do.

Yes, there are plenty of things wrong with this team. It's not all the fault of Neto and Holiday. Neto and Holiday are fine as backup PG's. They're just not starters, so naturally they're going to struggle a bit when Dinwiddie is out.
