Yeah, but how often does the team with the worst record actually get the first pick? I'll bet the Wizards get the pick before the Bobcats do.

Bingo.

Wiz took Wall out and put Mack in at the end of the third quarter because they wanted more clutch shooting at the buzzer. :D

I'm just glad he is shooting more at this point. He will start to dial it in eventually.

With a big lead is the time to take them though.

This is the most dominant performance by the Wiz that I've ever seen--the Cats are that fricken bad.

Bobcats shooting 33% from the field. I'm pretty sure no one but Maggette has actually hit a shot.

Bigger failure -- MJ the baseball player or MJ the NBA team owner?

Or MJ the GM?

All three were/are EPIC fail.

What's the exchange rate on yen?

The Chinese currency continues to be seriously undervalued as part of state economic policy. But who in his right mind would turn down a guaranteed contract that makes him a millionaire in the US to play in China? Singleton deserved to be snubbed if he really did insist on starting or leaving. I just find it hard to believe he or anyone would be so blindly stubborn. But he's a guy who can give a team good minutes as a backup 4 and 5. He rebounds well, played hard on defense, can stretch the defense out a bit. Not a great player, but a very solid role player off the bench. Definitely worth a guaranteed contract that pays him well over one million dollars per season. Hard to believe he and at least on NBA team couldn't come together on that.

I was kidding and got a serious answer. Started to come back with "Those Starbury shoes are inexpensive, Spence."

Honestly, the lockout really served James Singleton well. He wasn't the only guy to ball in China. Since Stephon Marbury, a lot of NBA guys have made the trek to play over there. Wilson Chandler and Kenyon Martin came back and got contracts right away. Aaron Brooks is still on NBA radar. He was a teammate of James Singleton. Turns out a lot of NBA players are making that move.

I think for players 9-12 on a roster, going to play starters' minutes abroad is a good alternative than playing to sit the bench. Singleton said why he went to China in this link.

http://voices.washingtonpost.com/wizard ... zards.html

"Playing with the Wizards was a great experience," Singleton said when reached by phone. "They gave me a chance to play because of my talent and work ethic, and not sit behind a name. I'm going back overseas to play basketball because of my passion, not the pay or the fame. Overseas, they allow players to play, grow and mature."

Wall is worrying me...2 pts and everyone is saying he is having a great game. Rose Westbrook Irving would never just have 2 pts through 3

I think Roger Mason would rather drink poison than shoot from inside the arc.

I guess, but how often does Wall have 12 dimes and only one turnover?
