Wood got picked up via amnesty. He's a MUCH better defender than Emeka is (we all know that). He's getting paid peanuts by the Bobcats. Rick Cho is a super GM.

The Wizards are the new Bobcats. Laughing stocks of the league. I don't think these guys want to even be on the floor and can't wait till this game is over.

I think you meant 2011-2012. They actually weren't all that suckish in 2010-2011.

Ted and EG made sure to trade for solid veterans like Okafor, so Kevin would be well rested on the bench.

Only Gilbert had the ability to make us relevant. He should have his jersey retired now. He's been the only thing of note to DC basketball in 30 years.

Witt will be the first to be fired and that don't solve are problems we have the dumbest front office in the league.

Whitt doesn't deserve this. I appreciate his coaching. He plays no favs and will set scrubs like Vessley regardless of their draft status. I'm fine with Whitt.

Right now the only team worse than the Wizards are the 0-8 Pistons.

What a joke.

I dont see a regression. I see a coach not utilizing him. I see guards freezing him out. I see a team that struggles to score, not using their best offensive option.

The same is true for Vesely. "Regression" is what happens when two or three veterans are signed who play the same position as a young player. That player will be benched, played out of position, or given a quick hook as a scapegoat whenever possible; because management has forced the coach's hand with the roster.

Most of us saw this coming in July, with the OkAriza deal.

Yup agree with you guys that the coach will be the first scapegoat. Which will be sickening.

My $$$ would be on the Pistons to wipe the floor with this D-league group...
If you can fill the unforgiving minute
With sixty seconds’ worth of distance run,
Yours is the Earth and everything that’s in it,
And—which is more—you’ll be a Man, my son!

It's a vicious cycle.

Look back and see the roster before EJ got fired. He "lost" the team after a bunch of injuries. He lost his job at 1-11, but freaking Ernie is still standing.

Wittman is a good coach from all I can see. I really like him, and I don't say that about many coaches. But he's a goner, sooner than later.

Look at how quick Kemba is. Sessions is competent and fast with the ball. MKG has sick handles for a SF. They get what they want for a reason. They've got better athletes.

This baffles me as well. Martin isn't great, but he's shown enough to be worth getting spot minutes at least, especially when we are struggling on offense (aka every game).

How many times I have to tell you all they tanking, they don't want to win, they going for too two picks,

Ted writes a freaking blog-post crediting the "leadership" of Emeka. What a bunch of BS!!!!! Stop making excuses Ted! Ernie MUST be fired. He's a cancer to this team. I hope Ted sits frontcourt the next home game and hears my start up a fire ernie chant b/c that's what it will take for some action. He should be EMBARRASSED!
