Trevor's have his best season ever, by far. On top of that, he's very important to this team defensively. I can't see why would trade him unless we get something ridiculously good in exchange.

Been saying all along that Washington may have been better off extending Ariza than Webster, but quite honestly, the way to go should have been to resign both, and to use the first rounder to draft Noel.

What makes you think he'll resign when he can get more money from another team?

Man. Ariza is balling right now. I used to complain that Webster should be starting over Ariza, but Ariza has definitely been outplaying him as of late.

Ariza is a sniper...

Both of them have been doing well, which is great for the team. But Ariza has been doing great

Trevor is in the process of earning himself a nice deal from someone.

The John Wall effect?

President Donald Trump referred to African countries, Haiti and El Salvador as "shithole" nations during a meeting Thursday and asked why the U.S. can't have more immigrants from Norway.

Really enjoyed that opening to the half.... now, let's brace ourselves for the bench.

It's just whether he resigns or not, if we make the playoffs, we will need him to guard George/Lebron/Melo or whatever other star player is on the opposing squad.

I'd be surprised if Ariza's market value exceeds a full MLE.

This sucks. When Beal comes back, I honestly don't care who starts between Webster or Ariza. What sucks whoever goes to the bench is effectively turned into a dud with Maynor running the show.

Also re: Ariza, has anyone considered that maybe he's playing this well because he's trying to showcase himself off to other teams? Same as Afflalo

I love the way Ariza is playing for us, but we all know how guys generally play in their contract years. Let's not pretend that isnt on his mind

Actually, whats great is both of those guys have done excellent this season. Ariza is having a great game today and Webster has only attempted 4 shots, but on the season Webster has been the Wizards most efficient scorer with a 60+ TS%.

I agree that he'd be perfect for the playoffs. But if we can get significant value (like a young project big) for him at the trade deadline, I'd rather sell high.

Vucecic is a good player, but that faking of the injury in the first half was disgusting and pathetic.

As much as Ariza's offense has been impressive, watching his defensive footwork is the most entertaining part of his game... so natural.

Ves *actually* had inside position there. That's rare; usually, he gets his rebounds from tip outs, chasing down loose balls, etc.
