All this talk about first rounders is ridiculous. It won't happen. All that needs to happen is we need to dump Hutchison. That shouldn't be that hard. We can probably just give Indiana a second round pick and have them absorb Hutchison into the Holiday portion of the trade.

We're not giving up a freaking first round pick for somebody to absorb a one-year $4M salary of a marginally useful player.

The other option would be to execute a Harrell for Jordan swap and get Brooklyn to give us some pick considerations for absorbing Jordan's 2nd year at $10M

Around $20 mil is fair considering the market. The biggest concerns are the injury history, the spotty 3 pt shooting and the defense but he could teach a master class at getting all the way to the rim off the bounce. He's a very good offensive player in spite of the inconsistent 3.

I do think he necessitates starting Gafford to cover up his defensive shortcomings.

If it wasnt for us having Harden/Kyrie/KD and being in luxury tax hell id be thrilled with dinwiddie on more then the rumored 3/60. in an offseason where derozan gets 3/85 dinwiddie is easily worth 20 million.

He is a better player on both ends then fournier who got 78 million

If the Nets are now asking for guys like Deni and Gafford then this deal is toast. Dinwiddie is a guy the Nets are gladly giving up and they should be doing this for next to nothing but are about to deal their way right out of this one.

It's only a circus mostly because mayo keeps putting stupid bull tweets out there and filing it up. I can't stand this guy. He's like the kid in high school. Did you hear Becky blew Chaz in the bath room, which upsets bobby because he liked Becky. They he goes and tells suzzy that bobby **** Becky and now suzzy hates Becky because she wanted to ask bobby out to the dance. Then they go and tell Chaz that suzzy likes him when she doesn't and that Becky blew tony. The tells tony that Chaz is gay then tells Alejandro that suzzy is pregnant. And boom every one is in some drama because some dip **** thought making up stories was cool.

I believe the Nets have the same management that offered Otto Porter the max (although IIRC another team like Sacramento would have done the same). That probably enhanced their reputation with agents- this one might hurt them a little.

In a potential sign and trade with the Nets would increase the Nets payroll dramatically because of the luxury tax. They would want to have asset(s) to take on even more salary.
