THIS.

Marshall had 15 assists in just 24 minutes in the Lakers win vs Utah.

With all picks Suns have it's gonna be a quick recovery.

Charlotte, WHY DO YOU HATE US?

What did we do to you?

I think Miami's "resting" strategy is penny-wise and pound-foolish. True they're saving minutes by sacrificing late-season minutes but they risk losing momentum (3-5 in April) going into the playoffs. What does it matter if they rest 2 games now but gain back what would have otherwise been a 4 game sweep with a 5-6 game playoff series?

I'd be stunned if they won the title. Their defensive system has been figured out IMO. They leave guys open for 3s so much, they didn't learn from the Spurs series last year.

If you have a low post threat, then they will just get beat up inside if they wisen up and stay with the shooters.

Sucks for GS that Bogut is out. Fun team to watch.

Spo should have went the Pop route and rested his guys throughout the season and not at the tail end, but that's just me. They're the clear favorites to win it all unless proven/beaten otherwise.

I agree with the first part. I disagree that they are clear favorites though this time around especially against teams in the Western Conference especially since they are without Mike Miller and will have to rely more on guys like Rashard Lewis and Michael Beasley.

Wow, in the span of a few minutes Dallas just went from 7th and having a chance to at least be competitive against OKC to 8th and likely being swept by the Spurs.

don't think they'll get swept, i hope they get a game.... but man that game was crazy

Mike Miller is shooting 55% from 3 since the All Star Break :o Grizz were smart to bring him back there, I can't believe he's healthy with how broken down he looked in Miami. I kinda wish we brought him back, looks better than Webster

OKC-MEM series looks VERY interesting to me.

Miller was solid for the Heat in the finals agaisnt the Spurs where he shot 62.5% from 3. It will be interesting to see if the Heat can replace his production going forward.

The Knicks miss the playoffs after being swept by the Wizards. Two of the games were decided by 1 pt.

Didn't know where else to put this...no real general playoff thread

But one of this article's "Bold Predictions" is that
John Wall will get hurt……

WTF? :nonono:
If you can fill the unforgiving minute
With sixty seconds’ worth of distance run,
Yours is the Earth and everything that’s in it,
And—which is more—you’ll be a Man, my son!

I hate careless defenders. He's a careless defender. No effort. Steve Nash was bad but at least he tried on and could draw charges. Folks blow past him and he does that lazy swipe at the ball. He's not even guarding his man half of the time. Houston will never win anything as long as their superstar player plays defense like that.

The Rockets broadcast team (Worrell, Bullard, and Drexler) all just say "someone has to play defense" without naming Harden.

McHale doesn't seem to give a crap.

Howard isn't going to call him out on it.

 It's just disgustingly bad. He's those guys you play with at the Rec and all he does is reach for a steal to get a dunk and if he doesn't he leaks out in case of a rebound to cherry pick

It would be interesting to see if Harden gives up more than he gets.
