Is wizards fans are so fickle. Last week we were giving Dwight an absolute serving and cheering him off the court as he got ejected for the second night in a row.
Now we're entertaining ideas to trade a past top 3 draft pick and our starting centre for him.

Dwight Howard can rot somewhere else. He is a cancer.

Horford, Cousins, Vucevic, Drummond, Okafor, Noel, Whiteside, Randle, maybe Embiid are some names of far better bigs who could actually change this franchise.

Plus he's a free agent this summer with a history of back issues.

Be prepared to lose Beal then. The only way we get a name like Cousins, vucevic, drummond, whiteside, etc. is if beal is going the other way in a trade or is lost to free agency. We can't afford to give beal the max with guys like that and still go after durant.

I'm not opposed to losing beal in a scenario like this. A core of Wall+an elite big is way more impactful than wall+beal, I mean we've all seen how much better of a player wall makes gortat. plus i dont think its smart to be handing out a huge raise to a guy like beal who can't even stay healthy to save his life

I honestly believe we're about 6-7th in line for Durant. Unless our front office know something and aren't making it public. It's pretty unlikely were getting Durant.

If losing beal means getting a top 5 big then I have no issues with it.

Can we do Dudley to the jazz for lyles and Withy. Helps us now and in the future. Helps the jazz make a play off push. with a much needed bench upgrade. Hell give them neal if they want him too!

A middling team like Utah isn't going to trade much for a 30-game rental of Jared Dudley. Dudley only has value to teams who see themselves as legit title contenders. So we're talking Golden State, San Antonio, OKC, the Clippers, Cleveland and Toronto. That's about it. Most of those teams have encumbered first round picks.

It is notable that Randy didn't sit Wall at all in the 2nd half of the last two games. He also played Beal 32 and 37 minutes respectively.

I wonder if Randy had been given a "do or die" edict from management? Win the next two games or we're going to blow it up at the Trade Deadline and tank. Crossing my fingers that this is true.

Yep, or maybe he just knows... either way - he is coaching in desperation mode now. This season is over - guessing he is reading the writing on the Wall.

I would love to know how EG is spinning this to Ted right now.

It would be nice to shut Wall down for a while and let him heal up. That guy is a warrior.

Trade Dudley. Trade Sessions. Trade Nene. Shut down Wall until March. Fire EG. Tank for lotto pick.

Having a hard time finding any sell trades for us. A lot of teams that could use our guys (Miami, Cavs) have sold their picks. Even OKC moved their first.

I'd definitely sit Wall. Would probably need to bring in a D-League PG.

With a bit of tanking...we're actually getting close to that magical 7-9 spot that seems to jump into the top 3 quite often.

AMEN. Wall played 41:47 last night and was clearly not 100% - and now may have an issue with his knee. Beal played 36:35 - clearly over any minutes restriction they SHOULD have had on him. And this was just to win a game against a well below average Milwaukee Bucks team... which we lost. Both Wittman and Grunfeld should be held accountable for this debacle. What would they have done if the game went into OT?

Risking your 2 top assets in a losing effort against Milwaukee... really? Really?

Now that I think about it, Wall should really be the only untouchable on this team. So ted better **** not let Randy drive him into the ground. I'm on board for the tank and firing, wall deserves a better team and management around him

Ideal move is getting rid of Dudley for a high 2nd, resting Wall and tanking it out. If we can get to the 7-9 range, that's the range where a team usually moves into the top 3.

Oh man, if we could sit Wall for any amount of time...tank city
