Good teams are worried about who their 3rd scorer is, we don't even have
a 'first' scorer. Therein lies a huge part of our problem. Thanks Ernie.
EG has constantly over-reacted to the weaknesses of the team as
currently constructed. The Gil/Caron/AJ team was justifiably criticized
for lack of defensive accumen and to a lessor extent, lack of athleticism.
So he started drafted for upside and defense. Now we have a bunch
of 'maybe if player X developed skill A, B or C' along with nobody who can
put the ball in the basket.
True or not, I have read many posts on this board that say that is the easiest thing to find. Actually, we already have such a player though we need another. What we need more then a scorer is a pure shooter.
Nene can score inside and hopefully he finds his mid range game again. He had it last year.
Wall can score on drives and fast breaks
Crawford can score on drives and stop and pops mid range
There are three people that can score on a nightly basis. What they need is someone who you can dish it out to who is going to hit a wide open J. Night in and night out. Not the streaky type like C Martin.

Funny that R Lewis and Mike Miller are in the list of what they need and both play for Miami who one it all. And they have Ray Allen.
Maybe we can get Chris Copleland. Jose Calderon has come up many times on the board.
Crazy to read this list and see how many people on it were here or we could have had.
Rashard Lewis, Stephen Curry, Mike Miller, Brandon Knight, DeShawn Stevenson, Randy Foye, Caron Butler
What about a 3 ball shooting DL call up ?
