It was on CSN+ due to the Caps game.

I think that no call inn the goaltend makes you mad because it goes to a much greater point of the refs giving us the shaft. Your right it was meaningless, but it shows the lack of care and respect we get on most nights from the crews.

To the person who mentioned Williams, I wasn't all that impressed. He wasn't bad, but if I remember correctly a lot of those stats came in garbage time.

Minnesota killed us on the glass, 6 guys with 3 offensive boards. I'm not to worried since we been rebounding pretty good as of late (especially Okafor), but it's definitely something we'll want to clean up for Chi-Town tomorrow.

I had the same issue initially trying to find it but it eventually came on csn+. I caught the second half but during the first quarter csn+ was airing sportscenter so I have no idea what was going on.

And with that win, we just moved ahead of the bobcats by a half game.

Minnesota looked as bad as Charlotte last season. I think the 4-28 Wizards would have beat this injury-ridden Timberwolves team.

Seriously, with no exaggeration, that looked like one of the most blatant missed goal tend calls I think I've ever seen. It was so on its way down that not even Javale would have gone for it.

We make a point of criticizing Wittman for minutes distribution. With a game vs Chicago tomorrow, 6 players played 15 to 25 minutes.

Dubious stats: Seraphin 2 rebounds, 4 turnovers 6 fouls.
Vesely: 5 fouls, 5 rebounds, 6 points.

Good stats: Starting backcourt had 6 blocks, 4 by Beal and 2 by Wall. They shot 12-21 combined.
Jordan "Big Balls" Crawford shot 7-10, including 3-4 threes. (JC wants the NBA to create a 4-pt shot)

What's nice about Beal's and more so Wall's ability to block shots is that they can do it in a variety of ways; straight up, help wise, and chase downs.

Vesley booker and singleton may be the worst trio of offensive players on the same team in nba history

Where is James Singleton and why can't we seem to keep him?

Was it just me, or did vesely actually semi-decent out there. I like the engery of a Vesely-Booker lineup. Hard test tomorrow against a surging bulls team.

the great thing is the Bulls are hot and won against a good GS team tonight but unlike our guys, they had to play there main guns big minutes tonight. They have to travel to us and play on a back to back.

Agreed. They're terrible. I'd trade all three for James Singleton

Just got back from the game. John Wall had an amazing game. Rubio was terrible.

WOW is Seraphin frustrating to watch. I went with a friend who knows nothing about basketball and he said: Why does 13 never stand still when he sets picks?

Seraphin slips on literally every pick he sets.

He must know something about basketball to ask that question, but yes, that's a problem. Vesely and especially Seraphin do it, but it's partly because a number of Wizards (Crawford and Wall at least) often cut too wide around the pick, pulling the moving pick into the path of the defender. May be a coaching issue, teaching both setter and dribbler how to create a proper pick. What's Unseld up to these days?

My 97-year-old father-in-law twice tonight said variations of "Is that the only shot/move he has?" regarding Seraphin's hook.

I was thinking just the opposite -- we would have found a way to lose that game. Can you just envision Ridnour going off for like 35 and kirilenko having a triple double with like 18 boards?

Booker has averaged 6 points, 12.5 boards, 1.5 steals and 1.5 blocks (per 36 minutes) on 50% shooting since his return. The team is +6 with him on the court over that stretch (and +0 with him off).

I revoke my statement, I guess I just get excited seeing Ves playing. Never know what he is going to do

Should have stuck to your guns. Ves did come in before Booker and he scored 6 pts in 7 minutes. Ended up grabbing 5 rebounds. Booker didn't do much with his time on the court. 0-4 2 rebounds in 17 min.

Chicago is ranked 6th. Wiz are ranked 7th

They don't usually suck this bad at rebounding. Beal, Wall and Crawford usually help with the rebounding. They only had 2 between the 3 of them.

Kevin pitched in a whopping 2 rebounds in 15 minutes. Booker only had 2 in 17 minutes.

Maybe with the mostly comfortable lead, they just didn't bring the effort.
