pathetic first half d

someone besides Wall has to step up and score.

still plenty of time but they gotta get defensive stops which
have been few and far btw.

Wall ~ Love have been about equal with a slight nod to Wall if anything.
The rest of the teams have been >>>> in favor of MIN.

Gortat and Booker are putrid. Would be nice to have Kev. Booker should not be starting. I'd prefer to see Ves out there. Way too much Booker. Randy's rotations are puzzling, Beal sat for a helluva long time. His rotations seems like a throw $h*t on the wall and see what sticks strategy.

Do you realize Deng is averaging 19.7 points and 7 rebounds and Boozer is averaging 15 points and 9 rebounds? Like we don't need that?

Did I see Trevor A leave for the locker room ?

So lets see ....

TA a key scorer not scoring.
Lots of outside shooting
Getting abused by the monster Pek and AS Love
Webster another key scorer not hot
Booker getting abused.

Wall is balling but need scoring help in the paint.
Need a big body on Pek
Nene playing ok but need a big body to help

Hmmm, what would I turn to next. Let me think. Nope. Nothing comes to mind.

this team could be a clone of the bulls 3 years ago with the same success seeing as how wall is becoming a mini Rose

Except Boozer and Deng of right now are not the same Boozer and Deng of 3 years ago. They each have 25,000+ minutes under their belt.

Check their stats for this season dude

This teams biggest need right now is toughness. DENG and Boozer add that and come with the hard grit and are beneficiaries of Thibs coaching mentality.

Both players have logged over 22,000 career minutes. You may be able to squeeze another season or 2 out of them but history says their productivity is about take a free fall. Giving up Porter and Ariza makes this trade laughable. And by laughable I mean the entire city of Chicago laughs at us for giving up 2 blue chippers for 2 expensive and old players.

This is the kinda of trade the unseld wizards/bullets use to make which took years to recover from.

Who are you giving up to get those guys? Contractually, we need to send out $29M. That pretty much means Ariza plus Nene plus most of our crappy end-of-benchers. Sorry, but I'd rather have Ariza and his 3&D game than Deng and his aging midrange game (and a contract that is twice as large). I'd probably do Nene for Boozer straight up for contractual reasons, but I don't think it would help us on the floor at all. Nene is a much better defender. Chicago wouldn't make that trade anyhow.

That one word for them.

But hey, Booker has a decent line. Must be the right move. Right ?

And whatever offense we run. It sucks. MIN's offense has them always driving to the basket after a pump fake. Lots like the SA offense.

Our looks like... Wall willing the team to not be down 25

We have the money for 2014 for free agency so why not just spend it on Deng and Boozer right now via trade? Time to stop being complacent.

Typical kneejerk reaction. The Wizards get outrebounded in one half of one ball game and suddenly our biggest need is toughness. The Wizards are plenty tough. We are 10th in overall defense and 16th in rebounding.

Do you have any idea how the NBA works?

Also, the only way to have money for 2014 free agency is to first let Ariza and Gortat walk. And there goes your dream lineup featuring Gortat at center.

This is the type of game where I wish we'd have Asik as opposed to Gortat.
