Once CLE opts out of this contract, he should be cheap. But we don't have the cap room to get him. Not unless he signs for vet min.

pretty sure that was tongue-in-cheek

They should let Otto score just one bucket and also Singelton the best player when the team is up by nearly 20..

Otto missed a lot of gimmes but he probably should have had 10 points completely in the flow of the offense. He's getting more comfortable--it doesn't show on the stat sheet but he is.

So you're saying Porter's O-face factor is pretty impressive.

John passed Rondo a while back. Rondo is good but he pads his assists like crazy--he doesn't run an offense nearly as well as his assist numbers make you think. Great defensively, pretty average to bad offensively. John is better.

Parker is overrated imo. Average to poor defensively and doesn't really run an offense or get others involved well. He's a great scorer of course but he should be much better passing than he is.

Westbrook and Wall is a wash but the injury issues with Westbrook are really concerning at this point...three knee surgeries within 8 months.

Wall won't pass Steph or Paul anytime soon. I thought he might have a chance at catching Steph but man Steph really improved at running an offense this year. I might take him over Paul right now. At any moment the guy can put together 9 points in under two minutes if he gets hot.

Wall doesn't defend remotely close to Rondo when he's healthy. Parker doesn't have to get people involved. His teams just win all the time and he makes clutch shots time after time. He also gets to the rack whenever he wants. His time is running out but he's a HOFer in my book.

Take away the knee surgeries from Westbrook and when he's healthy, he's the most electrifying point guard in the game. Not saying he's the best personally, I like him over Wall even though he makes some questionable decisions. So does John. I just don't think you can even think about calling him elite until he can lead this team to a .500+ record and a decent playoff spot. Not 7th or 8th spot and well under .500.

Could one of Porter or Temple put on a headband so that they're easier to tell apart?

Good thing they moved the venue back to pre-2006 at the MCI Center (thread title). I can't remember the last time the wiz beat the pistons at Verizon.

That was Otto's first FG at the Verizon Center? Uggh. I actually think he's played decently tonight. He just can't finish with contact because he's so weak. If he can get some upperbody strength, he might alright.
