Is also just about attitude and physical toughness. The Raps will kill anyone in the league in a 3-point shooting contest. But they don't have the physicality to withstand a full strength Wizards for 7 games.

the raptors can kill the wiz in a 7 game series u think gilbert can guard jose. we were 3-1 last season when gilbert was playing.

Were a decent defensive team, we would be much better if we could just learn to defend the three, but were much improved from last year, maybe next year will get better at defending the three. A lot of the bad three point defense stems from Daniels IMO though he's been forced to play a lot of minutes this season and he's just terrible at defending the three whether it be because he goes the very long way around the screen, whether he tries to double and big man even Ben Wallace, and he often just often chooses to lay of three point shooters...

We're 11th in defensive efficiency, whereas you guys are 19th this year.
Obama did not shut down the practice of torture, but merely repositioned it, to the American norm. The torture regime of Ford through Clinton, year by year, produced more US-backed strapped-down agony than was produced during the Bush/Cheney years.

Interesting. That obviously puts things in a different light. I certainly havent seen much of that in this home and home, but you can chalk that up to small sample size and lack of perspective.

You all seem to be very upset by this notion that the Raps aren't tough. I don't mean it as an insult. It's an observation. Who would you consider to be your physically tough players?

Oh, my mistake - it was a 39 point blowout.

Everything went right for you guys last night; every single role player (Blatche, Maguire, Haywood, Mason, Stevenson, etc) elevated their games, and Bosh/Calderon had no help whatsoever....yet you still only won by four.

This is exactly what I was saying about the ABUNDANCE of Raptors fans. Last night they lose and half of the fans are going crazy talking about how bad they suck (on their board), and now they are going crazy telling us how they want us in a 7 game and how we suck.

Meanwhile, you had the real fans congratulating us on our board and understanding it was just one game last night.

For the record, Gil0Arenas got banned for 2 weeks making 1 comment on their board last night. Then you have herds of Raptor fans coming in here making similar comments and no action is taken.

I'm not sure why losing by 40 means anything, you lost last night, and we won the season series (unless we have another game against Toronto), so whats with all the trash talk?
Bickerstaff: who's up for kickball?!!

And hitting 56% of your FG's and shooting an incredible 72%
of your 3 pointers is NOT having everything go right? Go away troll.

DUD. man can toronto shoot the ball. especially when they are that wide open! at least it was nice to see juan dixon have goodgame, even if it was at our expense. those are a monthly occurrence, at best, these days. not much you can take away from this one, except that i think we can maybe stop pushing for tons of PT for pecherov, who is clearly going to take a while. gotta love that hot streak by roger mason in the 2nd quarter, he loves to dribble off those screens and stop and pop, learned that one from gilbert.

a split against a good team without caron? hey, not the end of the world.

Respectful...classy, whatever you want to call it. I'm sure there are a lot of Raptors fans on your board who are humble people, but comments like the ones being made make your entire board look bad regardless of how many decent people you have.

The most impressive thing is that the Raptors did it WITHOUT TJ Ford.
