The TL;DR

-D's proposed a foreign aid bill for Ukraine, Israel, and Taiwan
-R's balk and ask for border security
-D's add border security
-R's say that border security and foreign aid bill should be separate bills
-D's split the bill, which if you go back to item 1, foreign aid was already its own bill
-R's ask for border security to be added to the foreign aid bill, which, D's have already done
-D's go back and add border security to the foreign aid bill, which they've already proposed.
-R's are now tanking the bill, while campaigning that Biden is weak on the border.

regardless of the substance of the bill, the R congressmen have agreed and re-negged on this and it's pretty obvious why they're yanking the Dems' chain.

When people complain about immigration they're complaining about inequality in a way that's approved and encouraged by the (non-Jewish) billionaires responsible for the problem. They want poor people pointing the finger at other poor people and not them.

I'm interested in your repeated distinctions between billionaires who are Jewish vs those who are non-Jewish. I've never seen any research on the subject, much less a single article addressing it. Please expound and clarify so that we can know what you mean.

I do think we should reconsider what the actual point of NATO is now that the Soviet Union no longer exists.

Except that the current Russia is an expansionist threat - see Ukraine and Russia's comments on the Baltics.

https://news.yahoo.com/why-are-so-many-chinese-crossing-the-southern-border-172637085.html

Chinese migrants who illegally cross usually surrender to border agents and request asylum. They are then taken into custody and processed, which can take months to years given the large backlog of immigration cases.

well if they request asylum, then they're not illegally crossing, now are they?

Who would you rather have?

Someone who is "too old to be President?" Or someone who is too evil to be President? & who attempted to overthrow the government of the United States?

If you're a Republican, I guess you don't care about having a criminal President... is that it?

and the evil one is just 4 years younger than the too-old one anyway; they're both too old.

but that's beside the point. yeah it's disingenuous for republicans to bark about joe being too old but i think it's fair for dems to criticize the dnc for pushing Joe Biden as the candidate. the obvious point being yes, when given the two choices, Joe is the no-brainer candidate but that doesn't invalidate the age criticisms, and hopefully would lead to better, younger candidates going forward.

are jokes about Biden being old and senile funny? given that every right wing "comedian" in the world is trying to tell the same joke? i can see old white guys getting hysterical about how old biden is on my twitter feed all day, every day, it's the new "but her emails," you can't avoid it, why would i voluntarily expose myself to more of the same old ish?

I just don't see what other option the Dems have. Of course you put up your incumbent POTUS, historically the incumbent POTUS has a huge advantage, it would be malpractice to put anyone else up during this election. We all knew what would happen when WE selected Biden as our nominee in 2020, don't pretend like this isn't OUR fault. If we wanted Elizabeth Warren to be the nominee then we all should have gone out and voted for her, but the only Dem candidate we were all willing to vote for was Biden and that is on US. Don't point your finger at the DNC, they tried like crazy to get anyone but Biden on the ticket. And then he won, super narrowly, so that turned out to be the right decision. I can see people saying "Damn Biden won by a landslide in 2020, we were idiots for not picking someone younger so we wouldn't be in the position we are now" but that's not what happened

Now, if what is really going on is people are mad at Biden for being too supportive of Israel, but do not want to say it publicly because they'd rather stick needles in their eyes than take a public position on the whole Israel Palestine thing I get it. I don't agree with it but I get it.

I think even the Biden supporters I know liked what Jon Stewart had to say. For better/worse, I don't think Jon Stewart is changing anyone's vote (see the 2000 and 2004 presidential elections).
