His lack of jumper is only one my concerns watching him. We have virtually been blown out every game this season right from the beginning and at some point, he needs to take control of the offense and start making things happen. Just important PG duties such as understanding the tempo, executing a high pick n roll, reading the defense, being vocal in the sets, etc, i just haven't seen enough of it at this point. I know he's still a kid, but i saw more from cp3, Deron, an even Derrick Rose in their rookie years in terms of running an offense the way a PG should.
