It seems like in the NFL this year, almost everyone can throw the ball. The elite teams are generally those who can run consistently.

That aside you look at the people they brought in and the upgrades there. I heard Quinn address that. He said there was a technique the lineman use which technically isn't a hold but it getting misinterpreted by the refs. He said they may just have to stop using it which it looks like they did.
