Man, a guy like Nunn - who may never get a big contract - should NOT chase a ring - if it means taking far less money - especially as young as he is. Ya do that kind of thing AFTER you've earned a lot of money.

Talen Horton Tucker is young and got a ring. And he just got paid.

He's an idiot lol I can't believe he thought he would make more than that on the open market. That's gonna go down as an all time bone head move right.Ruzious wrote:

Re: Discussing Other Teams' Moves - Part 7
When I saw the news about Nunn and the Heat, I thought for a minute that we should dump Holiday and grab Nunn. In that one minute, the Lakers signed him. lol. I was pro Lakers when they got Westbrook but wat is even happening with everyone else signing there. Must be nice. Somehow the legacy of Mark Alarie and LaBradford Smith does not get you the same gravitas.
Hopefully the Dinwiddie thing doens't fall thru and we get stuck with Schroder.

Can't say I do. Who else gonna shoot?

CCJ mentioned Jock Landale, I think it was yesterday....
Today the Spurs signed him.... Apparently, they follow every word CCJ says.

Well if it does fall through he might have to wait a one plus one mid-level because he would be in the same situation as Denis. No where to go and not a lot of money left on the table.

For the first time since 1999, there will be 0 active players on the roster that were part of previous San Antonio title runs with Mills going to Brooklyn.
Murray/Forbes
White/Walker/Primo
Johnson/McDermott/Vassell/Weiskamp
Samanic/Young/Aminu
Poetl/Landale/Collins

Seems like the Celtics are planning to make a run at Beal next offseason. They seem to be doing nothing in free agency - except letting Fournier go. They traded for Richardson - he's got an expiring contract. Even in the draft, they did nothing but use a mid 2nd rounder on a draft and stash Euro.

If Beal won't extend in October, I'd immediately shop him.

He's good, but some of those layups will get swatted in the NBA - with him being under 6'1 and not having an Aaron Holiday wingspan.
