Oh well, can't play one quarter and expect to win. Not a lot of positives. Thought Young played better in 2nd half. Robinson didn't show much. Mac was not 100% and it showed. House hit one drive and that was it. McCullough was active but made no jumpers. Shaky decision-making to say the least. Jarred Cunninghmam showed an ability to score and never passed or defended.

Did McCullough atleast show potential or did he look like another summer league scrub?

I thought Pangos did well trying to run the offense and set people up, would have had a better assist game if bigs could make jumpers or hold on to the ball. Defensively he was outmatched having to guard Baldwin. You could seems glimpses in the 2nd of why they gave Young the 2-way. Disappointing to not see Keene and Jenkins play but i can understand not showing them for the 29 other GMS to scout them in a game situation.

I would give him a few more games before I make the judgement and I think that's what the Wiz brass want to see. Play a lot of minutes and have the ball in crunch time. But he's not remotely close to a rotation player. Devin Robinson is even thinner and more athletic, but McCullough can score in transition and putbacks. Not sure what Robinson will be able to do at 6-8, 190 or whatever he weighs.

IMO, after seeing him for the first time i wasnt overly impressed with his game. Like 80's said, he showed a lot of athleticism but is so raw that it would take 3-4 years for him to be an NBA player who can produce.

Pangos is not athletic enough to play in the NBA but is certainly an outstanding passer. He can make millions overseas. Jenkins is not an NBA athlete either but he can shoot it. Not sure why Keene didn't play because we've seen enough of Wayns. I guess they want Keene running the offense and feeding the young bigs. Not just showing he's a poor man IT.

They basically make two summer league teams and alternate them with a couple key guys(probably McCullough, Mac, Ochefu) that play every game.

Atleast that's what they've done the last few years. Bet Keene starts next game, whenever that is

4th quarter made it fun to watch. Young came around as the game went on. Robinson looks like he's 11 years old. McCullough was absolutely awful: "We feel like he's our R1 pick" -- Ernie Grunfeld. Cunningham is irrelevant. House was completely ridiculous; basically just put his head down and drove straight to the basket, 1 on however many, over and over.

They let Humphries go it seems? Or, maybe, he got a better offer?

Look forward to seeing Keene tomorrow.

Humphries got a better offer? What, Australia? Maybe he was out of shape, but he was released. They were all pretty terrible outside of Young in the 2nd half. Sheldon Mac was absolutely abused by another undrafted wing in Wayne Selden. Not just on the last play but the entire game.

Number one every one needs to chill the **** out. It's one game. Mac had a rough night let's see how he rebounds. Ochifu had a really nice game give him props. Jerred Cunningham might play himself into a job if he keeps showing up Mac like this. Pangoe.... Hmmmm. Kenne should get some burn over **** wynes **** that noise. But young did ok. Not a good shooting percentage though. Robinson had a rough shooting night but played good D and mad his FTs come on guys can we not be super ****in negative. Was it a great showing. No not even close but there were positives. Humpries is still on the box score, but ochifu had a good game so!
I'm assuming we are just giving some guys burn bits at a time. I look for kenne to maybe play the next game.

Wow, so you want me to lie and say they were great? You are always going to get the naysayers and blame EG because he can't even draft a SL team. It was just one game but I call it the way I see it. Humphries got cut. Ochefu had a nice game on the defensive end but was awful offensively. Jared Cunningham is garbage even if he can score. Hopefully, Mac was off because he was coming off a sprained ankle. House's career is on the line so he was forcing everything. We'll see what happens in the next game. Young is going to the G-League to find a jumper and Robinson doesn't have an NBA body-yet.

#1 thanks for the tweet
#2 I said "did they have a great game, no not at all" never said they had a great game never told any one to say that!
#3 he did not have a good offensive game? 60% shooting 7-7 on FTs and 4 OFRB pretty efficient if you ask me.
#4 why is everyone beating up on Cunningham. He played 19 minutes got you 26 points on 58% shooting and went 66% from 3. Hes 26 years old. Like the same people talking **** on him would be the same people saying **** you EG if he went and balled out on another teams summer league and ended up playing good minutes for them during the season.
Like I get really pissed when people are like this guys trash that guys trash waste of space and time. like yall know people can get better right? Like I get it if the dude is 35 and have never done anything but like we are talking about a kids in their early and mid 20's they can get better and improve.

The worst thing about this terrible offseason is that it's merely a prelude to trading our 1st round draft pick for an average veteran player.

They're still saying this asinine thing, & their local reporter slash PR person is repeating it gladly. Annoys the H$ll out of me to tell the truth.
