Brenda talk that talk but soon as she get a white/biracial girl in to supplant ASHLEY OWUSU, Katie Benson gets all the shine. DISLOYAL TO A GREAT KID WHO COULD HAVE GONE ANYWHERE and put blame on Ashley weight.
Brenda has ALWAYS BEEN A BAD TACTICIAN against good team. SW Missouri smoked the once. TEXAS in the NCAAs was a coaching travesty nightmare.
STOOPId coaches get marquee talent only to play a 7-8 player rotation. WTF!

THIS SEASON with a bunch of mercenaries Brenda's doing okay BUT IT IS ONLY THE LEADERS ON THE COURT not allowing coach to stink AND ENOUGH GOT INJURED to where the nitwit cannot make bad choices (BUT SHE STILL DOES). Pinson over the athletic gir?

Slander? False? Please do take a look:

Look at advanced stats, & like me you'll wonder what the point was of this inane remark:
gambitx777 wrote:...Also that 16 games was part of a season where he played half hi games else where you have to look at the his season as a whole.
Aas I said, KP was far better with us last season than he was with Dallas. As jumps out of those advanced stats.
But, then compare last year with us & this year with us.
Not much question that his level of play this year is substantially below last year.

KP was a steal and a coup for Thomas Sheppard imo.
My route? Keep Thomas Bryant, Dan Gafford and Rolo

Years after coaching faltered increasingly

Mulkey IMO is a bigger jerk than Brenda Frese; however, she's a HANDS DOWN FLAT BETTER strategist and motivator and less of a player-hater than Frese. Kim gonna win.
Brenda? I've said EXACTLY how I feel and I said it years before the crap exploded like diarrhea into the fan. LOTS OF REALLY REALLY GOOD girls leave Maryland early.

Oh, I don't think there's any doubt about that at all!
We absolutely had to move Spence. & Davis was a dragsail at his $$.
KP has been solid -- & he is obviously a good teammate! On top of which we also got a R2 pick in the deal.
A terrific trade without any doubt.

Mavs fans still seem to like the deal for KP. I think the Mavs were ripped off though because Dinwiddie and Bertans could have been had for less.

Congrats to KP who has played well. Without looking at stats, other than the Wiz being 4-0
on the week, I was surprised he won with only a 24 ppg avg. Again without looking,
I bet Embiid and Durant had better weeks individually.

They did, but both their teams had a couple of losses. Like with the MVP, player of the week and player of the month factor in wins.

Actually, I just looked and the Nets had nothing but wins, but Durrant’s stats didn’t blow Porziņģis’s stats away

It was an excellent trade for Dallas. An outstanding trade. They're a better team because of it. Dinwiddie is a significantly above average starter at PG, & he's having an excellent season.
In any case, from their POV, there was no such thing, really, as "less" than moving Porzingis -- something they very much wanted to do.
OTOH, what made the trade great for us is that we absolutely had to get rid of Dinwiddie. We had no choice.
In a situation like that, a team is pretty likely to have to hold its socks to make a trade happen. Instead, we did pretty well -- even though KP isn't as good a player as people on this board repeatedly insist he is & must be.
Nor is he having as good a season as people on the board think he's having. Which explains why our record after 39 games this year is just about the same as it was after 39 games last year (slightly worse actually).

It’s cause if first impressions. KP was outstanding in 17 games after the trade.
He can’t sustain that over a season but he’s still very good and could be better.

He was certainly a breath of fresh air after such an emotionally conflicted season, he played well, though not as great as all that. I remind you that we went 7-10 in those games, most of which were meaningless run-out-the-season games for our opponents (as they were for us).
Still, the sense of relief was strong, that's for sure!
FAH1223 wrote:...he’s still very good and could be better.
No matter their record, the current team is a lot more entertaining, a lot more engaging, a lot more fun to root for than in any year in recent memory -- & so is Porzingis! Kuzma too, for that matter, even if he isn't particularly productive.
This squad isn't going to win anything, but at least with Wright & Rui back & playing well, you can get a sense of what Tommy had in mind in his trade deadline & off season moves.
