I think Trump should be in jail *now* based off of his inaugural funds bribery scheme alone.

Crazy thing is that Trump may have continued to commit illegal schemes without much scrutiny if he had not entered the political realm. It makes me wonder what other fraud is being committed in the US by other wealthy people. Of course gaining power of the presidency has allowed Trump to do even more corrupt actions.

While I feel that the $15/hour min wage is futile, GOP right now is using the lower minimum wage as an excuse to whine about $600/week benefits in the covid stimulus plan (which coincidentally comes out to $15/hour), saying ERMAGERD WE ARE PAYING PEOPLE MORE THAN THEY EARN AND GIVING THEM AN INCENTIVE NOT TO WORK.

Which is INSANE because if you set the minimum wage to $15/hour you wouldn't have this problem. So basically the complaint is the GOP hates poor people and wants them to be homeless and starve.

everyone is now familiar with the "name-that-animal" portion but when Trump says that it gets harder as it goes along, the last question asks for the date, day of week, and city/state.

i mean, just lol at him saying this is a difficult test.

One of the scarier aspects of this time approaching the next election is the idea
that Trump might be smart enough to realize winning the presidency was a trap
of sorts. It brought his activities before (and during as well) to a higher level
of legal attention. Staying president is his surest way to stay out of jail.
Not to mention the shame of being a loser as his father taught him.

How desperate will he become? Very desperate I'd imagine.

He thought it was an IQ test, and it's really a dimentia test. Lol that he agreed to take it and never figured out what it tested. Wallace was nice to him - he could have made a much bigger fool out of him if he chose to.

In 1 on 1 situations, making a fool of tRump, or letting him make a fool of himself
is not hard. He makes a fool of himself almost every time he opens his mouth,
unless you’re one of the minion.

Great news re FL polling. As was stated, it would be exceedingly difficult for
him to reach 270 without FL. Or god help us, TX.

Hallelujah

My son went to Robert E Lee HS in Springfield, VA. I have a Robert E Lee HS tee shirt I used to wear. Everyone knew you were supporting the school, not the general. After moving to New Haven, the shirt hasn't come out of the drawer.

Fairfax County just announced the school is now named John R. Lewis High School. The tee shirt can be worn again, with Robert E Lee crossed out.

President Donald Trump referred to African countries, Haiti and El Salvador as "shithole" nations during a meeting Thursday and asked why the U.S. can't have more immigrants from Norway.

Re: republican canvassers in Florida:

"Each volunteer has their own reasons … whether it is respect for the American flag, appreciation of law enforcement, the promises kept in growing the economy, the promises kept in protecting American jobs, Opportunity Zones, support for [historically black colleges and universities], and most recently the Hispanic Prosperity Initiative,” Seminole County Republican Chairwoman Linda Trocine told The Hill.

vote-by-mail is fraud. unless you're white, in which case it's called an absentee ballot and trump himself will mail you the materials.

I'm not a big fan of Muriel Bowser, and if the writer thought it through, he could have made some points that might have connected with other city residents, but his centerpiece, tea at the St. Regis, "a little taste of a bygone era when etiquette and formality were still appreciated"? Hey mister, the only black people in the hotel in that bygone era were probably in the kitchen. Get a hearing aid.

Newsflash for this guy: DC doesn't need him. There are plenty of elitist waiting to take his place and have tea at the St. Regis. In fact, imo, DC needs less of colonizers like him. Bye!

Absolute hot garbage. These mayors are DINOs.

How do you know your "police reform" plan is hot garbage? The head of the police union makes a public statement saying they have absolutely no problem with it.
