Wondering why Chase Hughes posted that. Did something happen regarding Porter?

He was sent as filler in the Vucevic trade.

Word is, Orlando may buy him out. He has an expiring contract.

Oh wow, that wasn't in the original trade report.

Slick Leonard, the first coach of the Baltimore Bullets, dead at 88. Former player for the Chicago Packers/Zephyrs, player-coach for the Zephyrs, and coach for the Bullets. He was also with the Pacers for many years as coach, GM, and commentator, including coaching them to 3 ABA titles. RIP

It also marks the end of the "Mo Wagner" era in Boston.

Great pickup by Boston. If Jabari plays like he did in his short stint here, he is a useful player. If nothing else, he's a very good bench scorer. It's hard to believe he was available off of waivers.

Yup. Celtics bench has a lack of scoring. This is a sneaky good move IMO. Jabari also should be fresh since Luke Walton kept him on the bench in SAC.

The Magic signed Moe Wagner for the rest of the season -- glad to see him find a spot!

Yes, I was afraid he'd be headed to Europe next, glad he was picked-up.

It's a year old, but I just stumbled across this podcast and instantly remembered how much I love the dude. He's funny, has an uncanny memory, and tells a good story.

And I'll add that he'd make a much better game analyst than Drew Gooden (low bar, I know, but that's what we're stuck with.

Wagner had 24 points a couple games ago. He's (and I have to wonder about the coaching on this) playing more minutes than either of Mo Bamba or Wendall Carter Jr.

Moe just played 41 minutes in a Magic win, and he's getting quoted after games. Looks like he's in much better shape than he was as a Wizards soon-to-be unrestricted FA.

Here's the 24 point game. He looks great and the 3 ball is falling.

He didn't play as well the next night, here is the video:

One thing is sure, Wagner is letting 'em fly while in Orlando. He has clearly been told to shoot the 3-ball without hesitation.

I still like him, but he needs to become more reliable from 3-point range while gaining another 10-15 pounds of muscle.
