Wall is an icon. Wall and beal are like isaih thomas and joe dumars. You don't break them up. NOw if Houston has collected Lottery Picks this year and next for John wall, you have to at least listen. Wall's unselfish style is far more valuable in in the playoffs than a low efficiency stat padding style. Westbrook has never came close to shooting .50 in playoffs like Michael jordan did. That's only way you can become a number one option as a guard with no elite big man.
Wall for a lottery pick this year, unprotected future first with a bad team, I would listen to the offer.
Build your team w/5 shooters using P. Pierce Form deeply bent hips and lower back arch at same time b4 rising into shot. Elbow never pointing to the ground! Good teams have an engine player that shoot volume (2000 full season) at 50 percent.Large Hands

President Donald Trump referred to African countries, Haiti and El Salvador as "shithole" nations during a meeting Thursday and asked why the U.S. can't have more immigrants from Norway.

And he's been doing this kind of community service year in and year out.

Yep. I was thankful my job supported me even during the shutdown, so showed thanks by sending some $ to his 202assist foundation that gives relief for Ward 8 families who are struggling to pay rent.

He's been steady doing good works without a ton of publicity, which is why nobody in the community gave him hell for having friends who may live shady. Yeah it's a bad look, but a rack of people have friends who aren't always on the up and up. Doesn't mean you have to be. You stay loyal even while you do your own thing and choose a different path. I think Wall expected that Ted would keep that same code. DCFamily.

He's not perfect, but the good outweighs the bad with John by miles and miles, and he will be loved in DC for a long time after his playing days are done.

As a former season ticket holder who now lives in Houston. I happy Westbrook is gone and my boy Wall is in Houston. That said, I hate it for Washington. I loved Porter Jr., Wall, and Beal. Only Beal is left. Crazy, I felt those three would have been together for many seasons. The NBA...

I thought Wall Beal Oubre and Porter would win a championship together.

Bad coaching and management. :( I'm not saying they'd be title favorites but there are so many what-ifs.

Thank you John for everything and good luck in Houston!

I actually think Wall's legacy in DC was the best thing he had going for his actual basketball legacy. Any kind of comeback in DC and any future success in DC was going to mean more to his career then going somewhere else. The story felt incomplete.

There is little chance Wall develops any kind of legacy anywhere else, it's hard to ever see him making an all-star game in the West.

In a vaccum, his 10 year career with the Wizards ended up being dissapointing. But, I will appreciate always everything he did for the community and some actually really memorable playoff moments he provided.

This may be Beal's team, but John was still... the face of the franchise and a big part of DC for 10 years. It's sad to see him go, but hopefully the start of a great new basketball chapter in the life of John Wall. I look forward to him getting standing ovations when he comes to play us. Thank you John!

Sports'll break your heart. In the movies, the hero returns and your team wins. In the real world everyone faces a dwindling end.
I feel better knowing the first rounder in the trade is heavily protected. And Russel Westbrook is a terrific player.
But John was our dude.

I really wanted to give Wall one last shot but it did feel it was best for all parties to move on. I appreciate everything John did for the city and I hope he still has some gas left in the tank. I'll be watching a lot more of Houston this year.

Stephen Curry has the longest tenure with the team that drafted him. After him, I think John Wall was second. Klay was third so now he moves up to 2nd.

I think Beal and Lillard are next on the list.

Udonis Haslem says hello. But I won't count him as "active" either.

The Heat signed him as a UDFA, which is why that particularly phrasing always puts Curry first. Extremely rarefied air either way, though.

Hibachi, John, Muresan are my favorite Wiz/Bullet players in the time I've been in the DMV. I appreciate this dude.
