Why on earth would we trade a first for a guy when we can just go after a guy like bosa.
We can sign mack bosa, resign mack. Draft a rookie and put together a competent pass rush by committee. For the cost it will take to trade and sign a big name.

I think bosa on a team friendly deal would be fine. I also think if he's gonna take a team friendly deal he's gonna go play with his brother.

My dream situation is that NO falls in love with Jackson dart and at pick 29 he's still there and they trade up give us 40 and our two picks back for dart.

Like I said, no one was trading for Allen. He had negative value considering his age, injury status, production, and salary.

No comp picks coming. Washington released him (which is different than a FA at the end of their contract) plus they will sign more than they lose in free agency in all likelihood.
