Since this is the Wizards, I assume Beal's ankle shattered in 12 places, but the Wiz medical staff will solve the problem by shooting him twice in the face.

No worries for Beal. Vesely will doing the shooting... from 15 feet.

Good thing we got ride of Crawford.

So I guess Webster is the start 2 or will it be Cartier Martin.

Should be interesting to see what Randy does.

So any roster space available for a D League shooting guard?

If not, they can cut Collins. Or is Cartier ever returning?

Move Webster to the 2 and call James Singleton

Why can't the Wizards just throw James Andrews in the back of a van and lock him in the basement of the Verizon Center?

Not sure how the medical staff would have prevented that injury..

Apparently after John hit that jumper, John called out the "Amazingly Sucky John Wall Thread" on the way back to the bench, screaming "I'll prove you wrong CCJ! I'll show you!"

Time for the "Trade John Wall" crowd to eat a little crow. He took over the game and won it for us on both sides of the floor.

Watching the replay Vesely clearly steps on his ankle, then knocks him down and steps on his ankle again. Then possibly kicks his ankle again as he's helping him up. It then looks like he may of stepped on his ankle again as he's helping him to the sideline.

Here's a photo of Vesley helping Beal on the sideline:

Well, Vesely and Singleton (What, Seraphin wasn't available?) did carry Beal to the locker room. God knows if they made it all the way without a few miscues.

This sounds very unlikely. Jan Vesely is a professional athlete and so such awkwardness isn't at all in keeping with what I'm sure is his exceptional coordination.

@BulletsForever is reporting that Beal has a "normal" ankle sprain. So Ves' villainy was all for naught.

Oh, only John putting the team on his back doe. 6 straight points and a block on Turner, as well as a pull up jumper with a few seconds left, to win the game.

Great to see that Wall made some clutch plays down the stretch. He really needs it.

I hope Beal is okay.

Our bigs off the bench really do suck, don't they?

We're prolly better off purging all our bigs off the bench into one average player if possible and then getting like...Patric Young and somebody in the 2nd round this year. Wall actually hit a lot of guys for good looks, he coulda had a double double tonight if we didn't suck as hard as we did. Glad he had a good game overall though.

I think Beal will miss a week...which will probably be good for the tank, I felt like he was a bad outing tonight.

I also don't understand why they have Vesely in the post...ever....I know he clangs a lot of jumpers but I'd rather he just spend all day working on his J then trying to emulate Seraphin.
