the only good thing is that when Wall sucks, he usually takes it on himself and says that he sucks. I expect him to be mad and on attack mode tomorrow. Witt has to stress that we will just throw this one out and focus on tomorrow. Its a must win. We have to win that game to be where we want to be. If we lose then we are still back to the same Wiz teams. The same Wiz teams wouldve lost to the Bucks the other night so I think we are different. I was actually afraid that Wall would beast tonight, get cocky, and suck tomorrow while we still could lose both games. Now atleast I know he wont be cocky. He will be humbled and aggressive. Its a big game with our upcoming sked. We can get over .500 quickly and never look back

Wasn't Flip still our coach then?

Yeah, I wasn't denegrating Randy specifically.

Good to see we were competitive half of the game with so many injuries. I wasnt expecting to even be close to Pacers level.

I know the naysayers will say we suck as per usual, but I'm not even in the least bit mad. Without Nene, Beal, an aa number of other players and missing a ton of good looks it is what it is. We'll be fine, you just need your full arsenal against a team of that caliber especially on their home court. Onto a W against ATL, keep ya'lls heads up.

We just need to win 50% of our games. And we can be dangerous in the playoffs healthy.

I agree. For the most part, we arent suppose to beat the Pacers or the Heat right now. Ofcourse we could steal some games but they should win. Our goal is to beat all the other teams in the East and then when we are full strength, we can see where we stack up against the big 2. We have a very favorable schedule coming up while some of the teams tied or ahead of us, have tough skeds. Thats why tomorrows game is huge. If we win it then we are good to go. If not then we are the same ole Wiz again. Time to make a statement

No Nene really hurt, and Wall was cold. It was ugly, but it was a game we were supposed to lose, so it's all good.

Dude you realize this is a team game? All you rant about is Wall. This isn't NBA 2K or your fantasy league. He's gonna have bad games.

you act like Wall has been Lebron or Durant this year. He's been good but lets not go overboard. I hold him to a high standard because he is suppose to be in that elite level. Dont ask me, just ask him. He might be shooting under 40% after tonight. He has to be more consistent from that standpoint and he will be the 1st to tell you that. People who talk like you is the reason why he was playing so passive earlier in the year when we were losing. Stop settling for stuff when guys have a ton of talent. Is he going to be closer to Lebron or Rudy Gay? Gay is solid but is a dissapointment. I dont want Wall to be that when he's much better then that. You have to challenge guys who have the talent.

Gulp. Can't believe I'm writing this, but Maynor should've played 25 minutes tonight. Randy should have conceded middle of the third. Empty the bench, play the scrubs (not hard to find them on our bench).

On a b2b, the time to concede was early. Heck, Nene conceded pregame. Poor guy... Must have injured a braid.

Nobody is settling for anything. We all hold him accountable, but you just sound like a fanboy. 99.9% of your posts on game threads are about how Wall is playing. I'm just saying, he isn't the only one out there and the sooner you realize that he can't win us games by himself all the time, the easier your life will become.

youre a clown. I talk about our whole team, coach, and all. Still, there is only 1 #1 pick, max guy on the roster and if u think most other teams fans dont talk about there star then u are crazy. I guess Skins fans dont post about RG3

I said all will be ok if he plays great and we win tomorrow. Still, its noy ok for him to be a 39% shooter and i damn well will talk about it, just like I will also talk about someone calling himself the best and following it up with 2 duds. He has to make amends for that next game against Teague. He's not an 80mil role player

Didnt see the game but it's frustrating to see a box score with ZERO free throw attempts from Wall. Flat out unacceptable.

Side note. Can we please stop referring to Wall as an 80 million dollar player? Last time I checked, his new deal doesnt kick in until next season.

Don't care about tonight. We lost to arguably the best team in the league on the road... as to be expected. Hawks, Magic, Bucks are next 3.... we should get 3 wins there and be back on track.

I doubt very seriously Washington wins the next three.

On the road against an elite team firing on all cylinders without our 2nd and 3rd best players. Wall letting them dictate...his play didn’t help at all, but this was over before the tip.

Really, the news is Nene. Is he legitimately hurting or did he just decide to rest? If he starts missing a bunch of time it’s going to get ugly. And he was looking so healthy. Buck reporting that Nene may be out tomorrow against ATL as well.
