Not really. They've been better offensively this season when Nenê's been on the bench.

Only 2 turnovers in the last two games from WAll. Hopefully that trend will continue.

Yep.

Anyone want to figure out Ariza's TS tonight? Has to be near 100%.

I dont remember a vet improving his shooting efficiency as dramatically as Ariza has. He was sub 50 TS in the 3 seasons before coming here and is near 60% this season.

The good tonight...the offense was clicking, the ball was moving, and we were hot from 3 point land. Wall and Gortat were particular efficient on the offensive end.

The bad tonight...I thought the defense gave up a lot of wide open jumpers and whenever the Wizards made a run to take a double digit lead, they took the foot off the peddle to let Orlando back into the game. I wish this team had more of a killer instinct.

Overall, good win to get above .500. However, they are going to need a better game from Booker, better rebounding, and more focus on the defensive end to get a win in Toronto.

Cleveland playoff hopes where crushed by the Wizards last game. This game is the nail in the coffin.

But maybe ATL can pull it out. But not holding my breath.

Sad he didn't get any assist in the 2nd half though. I think he had 7 assists at the half. And he didn't shot well in the 2nd half either.

But will take the win. Wall looked great in the first half when it mattered most.

He had 2 at the half and got 5 of his 7 in the second half.

my bad..

Maybe Wall is the best PG in the east after all.

I will say this, Kyrie might one day be the best PG in the West, once he eventually forces a trade to the Lakers.

Orlando playing on the road (16 straight losses now) without Afflalo isn't good at anything.

Kyrie's talent is on par or exceeds Wall (imo)

But at 21...he lacks the maturity of Wall.

Wall has taken it up a notch. Fun to watch.

I loved that one three pointer Wall took last night. You could see him thinking, "ah, here's an excellent opportunity to take a wide open three. Ok, get your balance, square your shoulders, eyes on the back of the rim... and... money! I'm awesome."

Best PG in the East and a top 5 overall Eastern conference player. Quality win guys.

TOR has had our number and they've shown so far that they are better.
One last opportunity for John to carry to a win. Is TOR so much better
they can beat us 4/4? I wouldn't say I'm very hopeful but it's possible.

Orlando is terrible. We should have blown them out, but I'll take a W.

Yay for being back above .500. Now can we finally beat the freakin Raptors?

Defense was about what you'd expect when we just lost our best defensive big and are working in three new guys who basically haven't played for us this year to important bench roles and playing a bunch of brand new lineups. It's going to take a while to get the defense playing well. Singleton and Booker at PF and C are never going to be a credible defensive line up.

But the positive from last night was how much better the offense played against a spaced floor. Wall went nuts. Gortat killed it with the PnR game. And pretty soon all our shots started to fall.

The game was never really in doubt. It was a solid performance from start to finish given the makeshift lineups we had to run.

Disagree, Kyrie's skill level exceeds Wall and most PGs in the league. Wall is slowly catching up skill wise and unfortunately Kyrie close to the exact same player at age 21 that he was at age 19.

Wall has more raw talent, physical ability and can impact the game in ways Kyrie will never be able to.

Watching Orlando, I do like the way they are building their team. Oladipo was a good pick, and I've liked most of their other players in their respective drafts as value picks... Vucevic, Harkless, Doron Lamb, Tobias Harris.

Add to this 2 1st round picks in this years draft, one of which currently looks to be a top 3 pick.

Singleton with minutes over Otto...When should I start getting worried that Otto's a bust?...Or has that time already arrived?...I mean come on...The 3rd pick in the draft can't even get on the floor against Orlando?

Singleton was playing the 5 for long stretches last night. He got minutes over Otto because he played PF and C and Otto can't.
