As I thought, the Wiz cared much more about not getting the #7 seed than the Nets cared about #5 vs #6. In fact, I'm sure the Nets are happy to be playing the Raptors instead of the Bulls given what happened last year, even though that was a close series. Whatever, I'll take the Bulls over the Heat. Bring it. We'll probably lose in 6 games or so but who knows. Chicago is going in with a loss. We're going in on a 4 game win streak.

They have a great Defense but wizards could outscore them.

exactly right. its a silly strategy imo.
i've got my money on the wizards over chicago, but wizards need to remember that the bulls come out the gates SMOKING

I actually think the Wizards have a decent chance vs. the Bulls. It's going to be a good series.

Hard to believe we got the 5th seed. I'm glad the Wizards are playing the Bulls. Its going to be tough series, but I think we have a decent chance. Plus, I think the Verizon Center is going to be rockin' just a little more with the Bulls coming in town. The Raptors just wouldn't get as much buzz.

I like the Bulls squad. Noah is great. We are watching, in real time, the development of the next Popovich, the next great coach. They got good fans on RealGM....they're knowledgeable.

Looking forward for Sunday night.

If Wittman has coaching skills, he will demonstrate them in the next few days developing a way to stop Noah. And he will know that Chicago will have a plan to stop Wall and, in particular, the drive-and-kick to Ariza for 3. That play won't be available for us vs the Bulls.

Go Wizards!

Well, in fairness, we took Mike Pence off their hands. Taking back Mahinmi is the least they can do.

perfect night. Won 8 out of 11, 4 straight by double digits, Wall somewhat found hsis scoring touch, Nene is healthy, and Chicago tried to win but lost so they cant be all the way confident but we are extremely confident. Plus Chi went into OT and Thibbs still played those guys

I was shocked that Randy actually went to they bench with about 4 min left. Maybe he's saving his best coaching for the playoffs?

We'll need it against Chicago.

I am ecstatic!

The total 44 wins means this was a successful season. Having 6 more wins than losses and closing on a win streak going into the playoff means something. Also, 5th seed means something, even if teams tanked in a weak east.

The Wizards are playing the Bulls, and the series WILL be televised and high profile. It is better to lose to the Bulls or to beat the Bulls than Toronto.

As for the game, Kelly Olynyk was the guy I wanted the Wizards to draft. Trade down and select Olynyk was what I wanted. I feel so happy today that I'm back in "I told you so mode."

Also, I'm happy that the Wizards are putting up a LOT of points going into the playoffs. Of course they CAN beat Chicago.
