Maryland fans should be happy that they got Bruno to play for two seasons. That's positive. The Schnider kid was probably a stiff and I heard he was incredibly slow even in the Kenner League. You have to replace good players every season. Cowan is a bit too small for the NBA game. He can leave but I don't think he's going to get drafted. Maybe late second round.

This is not good. I've been a Maryland fan since 1975. Went to College Park in the fall of 1986, the darkest year in Maryland sports due to the aftermath of Bias. Was only there a year before transferring. Was at Towson when they announced that the program was folding but brought it back a month later. Was at Maryland and in the marching band when Bobby Ross went nuts and chased a ref in the rain and he was suspended for the Clemson game in Baltimore along with Danny Ford.

This could be worse. If these allegations are true, Durkin should be gone. The trainer and strength coach gone ASAP and I assume they are out right now. I'd hire Mike London temporarily, who is at Howard right now though I don't know if any coach will take this mess right now other than for the money. How Wallace Loh hired Damon Evans, who might be a decent guy, but kept his AD after all the sh-t the fan is inconceivable. They should have gone with the guy from Temple. Just somebody outside the program.

I was born and raised in Maryland. Graduated from UMCP in 2013. This is simply devastating. I wasn't alive for Len Bias so this is now my new low for the school.

Bobby Ross almost went nuts on me because he thought I was one of his football players and I wasn't in team study hall. I used to hang out in the library. So did all the pretty girls when the football players had mandatory study hall. Bobby Ross saw me in the hallway and he looked at me like he was deranged... but I guess the last second he recognized that I was not one of his players and I did not get cussed out.

Yeah, this is bad day for the program. This is even worse than when Bias died. They killed this kid Jordan McNair over some b******* conditioning in the middle of the summer.

Pretty sure DJ Durkin is going to get fired.
