You know, I've never actually *read* this. Time to take a peek and see what's there, I think.

Apparently Trump tried and failed to swing some deals in Russia. All the Russians have on him are pee tapes and such. Given how he's blatantly gotten away with paying off US prostitutes it's weird that he's still so beholden to his Russian co-conspirators. Maybe he's just stupid? Or maybe he's just staying loyal to staff who are seriously compromised? I dunno, I find that unlikely. Maybe the Russians have evidence that Trump pees on kittens.

President Donald Trump referred to African countries, Haiti and El Salvador as "shithole" nations during a meeting Thursday and asked why the U.S. can't have more immigrants from Norway.

Re: Political Roundtable Part XVIII
One fact that came out last week that there would be a significant delay in Kushner's security clearance this was delivered to the White House by Rod Rosenstein. That was unusual in that it would typically be FBI Director Wray who would normally deliver the information.
It is speculated that Rod Rosenstein delivered the message because:
The fact that Rosenstein made the call strongly indicates that the information came from Mueller and not the FBI's background check, which puts Kushner squarely in the crosshairs of Mueller.
Jared Kushner is a nightmare candidate for a high level security clearance. He is also quite possibly a federal felon. His company is teetering on the edge of bankruptcy, mostly over his mistake in over leveraging his 666 5th Avenue property. He is alleged to be a prime mover and shaker in the firing of James Comey to derail the Russia investigation. He has had a meeting with the head of a sanctioned Russian bank during the transition, asked then Ambassador Sergei Kislyak to use Russian communications equipment to speak directly with Moscow, and he had his family dangle the bauble of resident visas to wealthy Chinese businessmen in return for investments in Kushner's company. And don't forget that saving grace loan he got from Deutsche bank right around election time. Or the fact that he had to update his SF-86 form three different times. Oh, and he also ran the daily digital operation for the Trump campaign. You know, Cambridge Analytica, and Wikileaks and stuff?

Re: Political Roundtable Part XVIII
The 3 polls I tend to look at the most are Ipsos, Marist College & Quinnipiac University all are A rated polls and they tend to show the conclusions at arriving at the numbers. In the last week they have had a average of Trump Favorability @ slightly over 38% with Ipsos @40% highest and Quinnipiac @ 37%. On the flip side Trump Unpopularity @ 55% with Ipsos & Marist @ 54% and Quinnipiac @57%.
In all the polls Rasmussen Reports/Pulse Opinion Research a C poll is a outlier with Trump 50% for and 49% against. They never report there methodology so it should be taken lightly.
In the next couple weeks it will be interesting to see how the polls reflect Mueller Indictments, School Shootings(Gun Control), Democratic response to Nunes Memo and Security clearance at the White House reflect in the polls.

Don't forget the RNC mysteriously changing their position on Ukraine at the convention. This goes deeper than just Cadet Bone Spurs. The GOP is in deep sh*t. Would make sense that so many of them are jumping ship. The efforts to discredit the FBI and Mueller have gone way overboard than just partisan rubbish. They have something to hide. Something big. Something they've deemed worth tearing down America's institutions for to save their own skin. Don't be surprised to see Ryan or that grimy turtle pulled into this.

Re: Political Roundtable Part XVIII
I must confess I have always been a Howard Dean fan! He was the 1st. politician to effectively raise money from small donors and had progressive ideas without going to extremes. When he was head of the DNC he tried to institute the 50 state program to contest every state & every district. His vision is now being heeded as the election of Doug Jones confirms.
But that's not the story:
http://thehill.com/blogs/blog-briefing-room/news/375512-howard-dean-trump-cant-grasp-that-the-office-is-about-all
But that's not the story:
Howard Dean said Sunday that President Trump's response to a recently released Democratic memo that defends the FBI proves he "can't grasp that the office is about all Americans, not only his side."
"A lot of bad things happened on the other side, not on this side, but the other side,” Trump told Fox News host Jeanine Pirro on Saturday night.
“And somebody should look into it because what they did was really fraudulent," he said.

wait for the ad to finish and watch this one through, folks. kenny rogers told you the answers 40 years ago.

In the meantime Germany uses less than 2% of GDP on defense - why? Because we do it for them...
And it isn't total GDP - it is GDP/population. So misleading - such fake news

This is the kind of stupid tweet that makes me hate twitter

ever gone to germany? Or anywhere in Europe. i have. people there are not obese. not even chubby. in fact not even a couple of pounds over weight.
They walk more than americans. go out more than americans. and eat healthier foods than americans. Medicate less than americans. eat healthier diets than americans.
I am a medical doctor. I'm the only doctor writing in this forum. and this is what my medical training has informed me. Not my spin. This is what we believe and teach in the medical community.
physically: americans have assumed an increasingly sedentary lifestyle over the last 50 years. We are significantly less acitve than we were 50 years ago.
functionally: americans have become too comfortable. driving everywhere. remote controls. delivery services. etc.
psychologically: americans have accepted "blaming others" as a legit option as to why oneself has issues be it health, employment, education, safety or other. It's always someone else's fault. Americans have lost a sense of self where self control and self assessment and personable responsibility are active in the decision making process.
medically: americans are over medicated. significantly. meds now address all the above instead of good old fashioned healthy diet and exercise. Less active adults and diets that dont create psositive energy, instead lethargy create a sense of guilt due to lack of natural endorphin release (in the typical american). Which creates the need or desire for more meds or a mentally "depressed" state.
Narratively: the above has resulted in an overall less healthy state of "Americans" and big pharma has successfully fueled the desire for(over) medication. and (over) self medication. Resulting in an even lower state of health.
The cycle has gotten more and more vicious through the years. Especially for the poor and less educated.
Big Pharma spends spends big money on big advertising blocks on big media, so big media wont tell you the truth about any of this.
