This is the one place where I very strongly disagree with you. Not that I think it's a great reality or anything, but given the terms involved in elections and the layers of government, it is very, very easy, to continually blame the other party whenever they wind up in power, or to blame immigrants themselves.

Japan basically has what nate is arguing for already and their economy has been struggling for ages. They were the canary in the coal mine and are now essentially trying to create a manga robot army to replace the lack of children and immigration (I say that only partly tongue in cheek, sadly). Everyone there knows their economy is poised for disaster. Over a third of their population is over 60 years old already and it's getting worst at an ever-increasing speed.

Despite that reality, Japan is still struggling with the idea that immigration is a potential positive, let alone a necessity. Japan has only just started to decide that maybe they should try to get some immigrations very recently, and they're being very slow-footed on the uptake. They've wisely decided to mirror some of Canada's immigration system, but haven't moved a whole heck of a lot, if at all, when it comes to actually being willing or able to flexibly incorporate them into their society - language is a big one, but it goes well beyond that. And it isn't political suicide in Japan to be hesitant on immigration. They basically waited until it was too late to start trying anything and then, when they finally started trying things weren't very happy about it and weren't willing to be flexible at all about it. Instead, they tried throwing money at the problem for decades... that hasn't worked out as well as they hoped.

While I agree with your assertion on Japan, I disagree on the US. Our demographics have been changing - eventually that will catch up with you when you are anti-Asian, anti-Hispanic. It is long-term political suicide, IMO.

Look, Donald J Trump is a loathsome individual and as Ted Cruz put it “a compulsive liar”. When Trump was running, 50 Republicans working in National Security Positions signed a letter to the NYT urging people not to vote for him. It is not a shocker that some FBI agents expressed their shock and dismay that a POS like Trump might possibly become President....BUT!!! at the end of the day, their work product goes through checks and balances and the FBI almost never loses a case tried in court. No FBI agent forced Paul Manafort, Don Jr, and Jared Kushner, to attempt to collude with Russian spies at Trump tower did they?

Here's the deal. Jim Jordan and trey Gowdy both sum up all of this corruption pretty well. The corruption was designed to keep trump from becoming president. Designed to help HRC get elected. And now designed to impeach trump. And none of you care. And if i can be honest for a second. The will of the people voting for a president and seeing and keeping that president in office is far more important to me than any child at a border separated by their criminal parents for any short period of time. If you guys dont care about our constitution and lawful elections then I dont care about any of your issues. No lawful constitutional issue matters more than elections. And you guys want to undermine our elections. Then you want to undermine our laws and allow illegal immigration no matter the damage just so you can potentially end up with more voters to elect your con artists on emotional issues.

Fact: Donald Trump is kicking ass and taking names. He is governing the shxt out of this economy. And we have not even felt the full effect of his policies. Its going to get better. You losers are actually going to get tired of winning. I can feel it now. You're already getting sick of so much winning!!

I wanted to get this masterful work by Gowdy out earlier but work kept me away from office all day( i'm swamped!! too much fricking winning!!). anyhow...if you like a good house oversight grilling, none better at than trey gowdy. Not only is this amazingly detailed chronologically with all the players named, but the details laid out wonderfully. Must watch for anyone wanting to be a litigator. And obviously in pretty much sums up the extreme anti trump bias as well as the unlawful inequities of justice allowing HRC to skate in Obama's DOJ that Nate and I have detailing for 1.5 years. It also details how the Obama/HRC deep state carried on this mission to impeach trump well after he was sworn in.

congress can fix the law right now. House has already and will pass again an immigration reform bill in an hour. 1 effing hour and it will get through the house.

GOP will give you at least 47 votes, if not 49-50. So we need 10 dems to vote yes:

1. 25 B for the wall
2. an end to chain migration.
3. daca kids get citizenship
4. merit based immigration

congress can pass this in an hour. the bills have been written for over a year. only problem is dems dont want to give trump his wall. and THATs what is holding this up. THATS why kids aer separated at border. The law was written to prevent human trafficking.

AND TRAFFICKING IS A HUGE PROBLEM. over 80% of the children being held have been assume to have been trafficked because they came without an adult. IE, when border control arrived, the adults ran away without "their kids." 10,000 kids came "alone"<--assumed to have been trafficked. 2000 came with parents, and at least half of them it is questionable as to whether or not those are the real parents because the children are rejecting the so called parents.

Can fix it in an hour. Just vote yes. that simple. Again, GOP House will pass the bill in 15 minutes. Problem is senate democrats want this problem to exist at the mid terms. And they are badly miscalculating again. I swear. Idiots must be in charge of the DNC think tank. This is not a winner for them. Just give the GOP 10 fricking votes and get your daca kids citizenship. very simple solution to all of this. Trump gets his wall. end of all future amnesty. end of chain migration. move to merit based migration. Done and done.
