Wall needs to understand that people watch film on him.

Looks like another bad Beal game.

The playoffs always show the drive and kick and pass...turn over.

Inexplicable Beal slump. Did Tony Allen mentally damage him?

I guess walking is still allowed in the NBA. I know John carried it the other night.

Yeah Beal's off. Still can't find his range and he's missing on his passes. Let's hope he doesn't dribble it off his feet too.

Possibly. Now he can't even make FTs. Guys go through slumps, especially jumpshooters. Ray Allen went through a million slumps. But he didn't let it effect him on D or a the line. Beal tends to just play with bad body language and has to just forget about it. Easier said than done from my couch but that's what separates the good from the great.

Beal has always been a mental player. Meaning he gets in his own head. I'd be pleasantly surprised if he's not a complete non factor tonight.

Sato trying the spin move he was taught at practice. Do need to hold on to the ball though.

Consecutive awful takes by Sato and then Oubre.

Notice that Stanley Johnson was being *extremely* physical w/ Beal. Baker did the same in New York; and of course, all of Memphis' wings were handsy as well. I think the updated scouting report on Beal might be to beat him up a little bit. Guys have been more physical with him over the past few games, and he hasn't responded well. We'll see how he adjusts.
Always remember, my friend: the world will change again. And you may have to come back through everywhere you've been.

The Sato-Wall combo makes no sense on offense if he's not going to shoot the ball.

At least John passed it off finally at the end of the quarter. At least 5-0 run after a horrible late first quarter display.

He is a point guard. I'd rather have Burke in there instead of Sato with Wall thought you might be risking something on D.
