Interesting.
I've been pretty happy with the Wizards drafting these last 2 years. I hope Weaver wasn't too instrumental in running the scouting department.

He was hired only two days before the last draft. I'm sure he arrived with opinions, but he had nothing to do with last year's scouting.
It's hard to understand exactly what he did this last year. There are so many office types in the Wiz organization, it's not clear to me what he did as a "senior advisor".
