Just looked at the box score, he dropped 20 on nice efficient shooting but also he and Justin Champagnie were -20 on +/-, much the worst on the team. Jordan Poole, despite his turnovers and inability to hit 3's, was the team's best at +1.

Bub typically has a bad +/-. I think this is because he is so passive on offense and rarely gets to the rim. Even today I saw him pass up four shots inside that he should have taken just in the first half.

His defense has been ok but he needs to get more aggressive on offense to be a good player. He averages only one fta per game.

-20 when you lose by 14 really isn't that bad.

I wouldn't call anyone's defense on the Wiz okay. Even Coulibaly is inconsistent and Sarr's man generally has a very good game against him despite all the blocks. Signs of defensive potential I will grant you.

Poole killed the comeback with his low BBIQ half court heaves and hero ball, we played hard.

For a weak rookie I think Bub is fine on D. Added strength will really help. But in terms of +/- I think his big problem is the inability to get to the rim/foul line.
