That was the best offer?

Or the only offer?

There has to be another move...

PG - Arenas
SG - Miller
SF - Butler
PF - Jamison
C - Haywood

Bench:

PG - James/Critter/Foye
SG - Young/Stevenson
SF - McGuire
PF - Blatche
C - McGee

That's 13 players. Someone ain't making this team.

I would have rather gotten rid of Stevenson, but its not horrible IF Rubio wasn't getting there. If Minny moves up for Rubio, its not horrible.

This makes us better now. I'm intrigued by Foye.

thats a potent offensive lineup...Miller is going to cause huge matchup problems if he can stay healthy

Yup. Critt, James, DeBrick need to go. I think everyone is a little pissed with all the deals we were rumored to be in, but this deal is solid.

One of either Stevenson or Young have to go. Maybe we package Young in a deal for a legit big?

I can dream...
Eric Maynor is the worst basketball player I've ever seen.

Well, you all got your wish. So, when we have the worst defense in the league again, we can look back to this trade that this board touted for some unknown reason. Flippin' awful.

As a 3rd party observer (Blazer fan) I think you guys got a good deal. Who at 5 was going to help you next year more than Miller and Foye?

This either means we'll have Miller play SG or DMac is going to see zero minutes next season. Interesting move. We become even MORE perimeter oriented but we do address the lack of 3 point shooting. Wish we could've sent Stevenson instead of Songaila.

I;d try and trade James+Stevenson for another big. AT least this makes Blatche the 3rd big. I'm warming up to the trade.

ALSO, maybe we get the 18th? Minny has 4 picks now.

We have 4 point guards.

I sense another move. I don't see us keeping our 2nd round pick now.

I think there will be a bigger move (involves Stoudemire). Instead of having to include Butler, you include Foye and others.

Can you trade players so quickly after being traded? I thought you had to wait until December or something.

Good deal, if you guys got a pick from Minnesota I'd say even and good for both sides. Wolves should just keep the 5 and the 6.

What were you guys thinking? If you were going to give up the #5 the Knicks were waiting for your call! ARGH! c'mon guys. :/.

The Wiz upgraded at defense because Blatche is now the fulltime backup PF. We got some needed 3 point shooting and rebounding in Miller.

I'd try and trade James+Stevenson for a wing defender.
