Is there a reason Crawford isn't playing in Summer League? Its not like he has nothing to gain from it.

Would be good if Seraphin was here too but playing for his country instead is a lot better.

Well, in fairness, we took Mike Pence off their hands. Taking back Mahinmi is the least they can do.

I wouldn't expect a 3rd year player who has been a starter to play in the Summer League.

President Donald Trump referred to African countries, Haiti and El Salvador as "shithole" nations during a meeting Thursday and asked why the U.S. can't have more immigrants from Norway.

Only three players from last years roster allowed to participate.

^that explains it then.

But you would think with the lockout last year they would have let it slide.

^Agreed

The thing im ashamed of is 2 guys that started plenty of games last year are getting ate up by NBA hopefuls.

Beal is way quicker than he was given credit for, and his moves to get inside look great. Jumper didnt fall today, but im sure it will eventually. Tomas is not bad as i have seen some improvement from him with every game.

Meyers Leonard.... I'm impressed, very impressed. The injury stuff scared me a bit around draft time but he's a baller. I love the activity level and he's playing with no fear.

He's got a good chance of being the second best big in the draft outside of Davis.

I thought it was only 3 can be on the court at the same time. For the Wizards this isn't an issue since only 3 are on the Summer League roster.

Jeremy Lamb is the truth! He's been the most impressive rookie in SL so far, and has incredible bball IQ (stop with the Nick Young comparisons!).

All he has done is score. I think Beal has been better than him. Better all around stats, elite at getting to the line, and seems much more under control. Lamb's been Nick Young 2.0

Lamb does nothing but score. It was the same thing at UCONN - sure he can fill it up, but he's going to bring nothing outside of that.

 that was funny
Making extreme statements like "only" sounds like there are "no" Jokics in this draft? Jokic is an engine that was drafted in the 2nd round. Always a chance to see diamond dropped by sloppy burgular after a theft.

Hey CCJ

Royce busting it out.

http://www.nba.com/summer-league/games/ ... einfo.html

point forward.

10 rebounds 7 assists. 11 pts in 26 minutes. He got some Barkley comparisons there.

Lesson. Don't over judge anyone based on the first couple summer league games.

That said, As for Lamb. Looks like a Nick was an attitude and more brains.

And don't ignore the 4 TOs as well. That's a huge issue with him. Again, no one is going to let him play point forward and dominate the rock in the association. Glad he showed some signs of life but the fact that he's going to have to adjust and adapt his game into a more conventional role is still a major concern.

And you must have never watched Barkley play to make a comparison like that.

Most impressive rookies so far for me are MKG and Tony Wroten. They are the only ones that i can see being better than Anthony Davis.

I can see the comparison a little, but I think Lamb has a tighter handle and more playmaking potential than Nick.

He never showed any play-making skills at UConn. Guys, Summer League games mean... NOTHING - whether it's 1 game, 2 games, 5 games, even if it were 10 games.
