That first play was a PERFECT example of what I'm talking about. Memphis has two defenders guarding his driving lane at all times. Then Prince is on the weakside waiting to trap Beal.

TLDR: This team is prepared.

With that being said about Wall, it continutes then Witt needs to be smart enough to get a strtech 4 in the game with him

Gortat has stepped up huge offensively during this stretch of games.

true and that why we also may need a stretch 4 on the court but on that next possesion Wall took that J. He has to be aggressive like that when its there

Beal *has* to keep doing this: attack that rim until that outside jumper falls.

2 good plays in a row by Brad

The question you have to ask yourself about Brad is does he suck or is he just in a bad slump. If he's in a slump then you have to let him play himself out of it. On one hand it has to be a slump because he has been alot better then this before. On the other hand no slump last this long.......lol

Gasol is so smart. He rotates on everything: except when Ariza is about to pull up for a J on the dribble. he knows Ariza would have preferred to dish off to the rolling Gortat, so he stayed home.

That's how you do it. Work inside out. Get a few FTs. Find your grove.

But lets not ignore Courtney Lee. He is 4-6. Beal is 4-11

Lee is winning the efficiency war.

A low scoring scrappy game. We can easily still win this game. If a player gets hot, force the Grizzlies to turnover the ball some, and limit shooting fouls. I know it sounds obvious, but I still think the Wizards can easily and should pull this out.

Well it's been a refreshing start to the quarter for Beal.

At what point was Beal ever a proficient midrange shooter? He's been bricking long twos all season.

What compounds it is that he's not even looking to shoot threes anymore. He spends most of his time taking shots that he's not good at.
