Sixers collapse in the 4th. I hope to see John Wall be able to hit clutch-shots like Rondo did in the 4th.

18th pick looking pretty good.

But he has an extra year of experience so I wouldn't worry.

Wall has had one summer camp and that was his first year.

13 rebounds 5 blocks for McGee. but 1-7 shooting.

McGee going out in style. He missed a FT on purpose and trying to run the lane and put it in himself. Down 9 with only a few second left.

Damn I didn't see Gasol having this kind of game in him or Blake hitting all those 3s.

For once I can say I think a game 7 was very well officiated. It was a great series.

hands, McGee did try to go out in style. We know Bynum's better and the 1-7 and 5 rebounds show that. I thought, however, Andre Miller going 1-10 and Danilo Gallinari going 1-9 is what did the Nuggets in the most. It seemed like Miller pounded the ball a little right when Harrington had it going. That said, the better team won.

Denver really made the Lakers work.

He did well on the boards but I couldn't help but notice that at least two of the blocks he had would have been called goaltending if he was wearing a Wizards jersey. The kind of borderline blocks he used to get that were never in his favor. I guess that's one positive about being in the spotlight now.

Steve Blake was clutch, the 2nd leading scoring hitting 5-6 3-pointers.

For the series McGee shot 43% from the field, 54% from the line. He scored in double figures twice in 7 games. He rebounded well and blocked shots but overall my reaction is ........

*yawn*.

Clips-Griz game has been a good one. Marc Gasol has been key which got me thinking about KS and the player I hope he can become.

Time is running out on the Griz, time to unleash the hibachi?

The Griz only scored 72 points at home. Way to go out with a whimper.

Nick Young had a huge fourth quarter for the Clips. Sort of wipes out a lackluster month or so since the trade. All fans will remember is they are in round two and Nick's jumper helped them get there.

While watching Memphis lose, I had a couple thoughts. Hollins did a crappy job coaching IMO. I wonder if they don't fire him and replace him with Dave Joerger? More importantly, if they don't fire him I wonder will they let Joerger interview with the Wizards?

Another thought: That was probably Gilbert Arenas' last NBA game. He didn't help them at all. Nick shot right over him, in one ironic twist. If anything, Lionel Hollins should have played Lester Hudson, if he was on the active roster. Lester is very quick, very active at both ends, he gets long rebounds, and he scores. Hudson could have matched anything Bledsoe gave the Clips, but Gil could not. I don't see how Arenas comes back from that.

If the Pacers continue to play this-well, this is going to be a good series. Kudos to Larry Bird for drafting-well, and generally making all-round solid moves.

I really thought it was a big turnaround for the clippers when arenas came in the game late in the third/ early 4th quarter. It just looked like couldn't match the intensity level all other guys on the floor brought in this game. I don't blame Arenas for that, as it is hard to get the energy when you don't see minutes. But I kind of felt like this was the moment the game shifted to LA.
I think overall it was misguided coaching by hollins. IMO he played the wrong players in the fourth quarter.

Loved the game though. Great effort on both sides. Just wonderfull to watch if you have any respect for hard fought games.
