Strangely enough, I actually think we match up against the Heat better than we do with you guys.

Sounds crazy, I know....

Anyway, good luck the rest of the way.

President Donald Trump referred to African countries, Haiti and El Salvador as "shithole" nations during a meeting Thursday and asked why the U.S. can't have more immigrants from Norway.

Randy just sucks.

Let Newman be the HC the rest the year.

I'm not even excited for any possible trades because Wittman will still be coaching the team. I can't even get excited for the rest of this season.

We're probably gonna drop to the 7/8-seed by the end of the season, which imo is a major disappointment.

I've been there for at least two weeks before the AS break.

Can you imagine how he would get torn up in a playoff series.

Honestly I think any of the East teams should feel fairly confident going into a series against Washington. I can't imagine this team winning a playoff series.

It'd be more demoralizing to play a winnable series vs the Bulls, Nets, Knicks and fall flat on our faces (which is what would happen). I'd rather just get swept by Miami/Indiana and get it over with.

As usual, Randy post game, he understand they were to quick for them and beat them off the dribble, but he didn't adjust with quicker, younger, more athletic bigs like Kevin and Ves

That's for everything Randy, but we need a real HC who will use the player we have to best adjust to team. Said it before the year started. We don't have a roster that you can just ride 6/7 man players. You need to use your roster like other good coaches do.

This is so reminding me of the anger I had when EFJ was HC.

I'm strangely satisfied. This team stinks on all levels, and I'm hoping some serious changes come within the next few months. Every loss brings us closer to that dream.

Get the short bus boys outta here (Maynor, Vesley, Singleton, Seraphin, Temple).

We still have an opportunity to tank and keep our first round pick. Trade anyone and everyone except perhaps Wall.... fire the coach and GM. We've been remarkably healthy this year and we're not even a .500 team in the sucky East. Blow this abomination up before we're humiliated again.

And just who is going to do the selling in that model ?

It to late for that.

Best they can do it let EG make some small trade. Ted needs to just override anything other then that.
Fire Randy and put Newman in charge. Something they should have already done.

Then let EG go at the end of the year when his contract expires.

That's more realistic.

At this point, you just throw your hands up. Right as this team looked like they were about to turn the corner, they fell smack on there face. You look at the past loses (before tonight's game) and you have a double OT lose against SA, a 2 point loss to CLEV, a 3 point loss against MEM, and that 1 point robbery in HOU. Go back even further to the next three loses and you have a 3 point loss to LAC, at 3 point loss to, and a 2 point loss to BOS.
We've lost 6 of the last 7 be less than 3 points and another by 7 in double OT. Than you through in all of those horrible home loses against crappy road teams.

Losing a ton of close games, losing to bad road teams at home, and players going from crap to great games one game to the next is on Wittman. You guys can say what you want about EG, Wittman, Ted. They all suck, I'll give you that, but I know this team is better than our record, we could easily be on pace for 50 wins even with a few of those bad loses still tagged onto us. Not trying to be optimistic here, but I don't think the roster is anywhere near the biggest problem with this team, the head honchos are.

You lost me at 50 win team... this team doesn't know how to close YET - Wall/Beal. This is a young maybe .500 team. Even though they have the vets - Wall/Beal are the drivers - and they just aren't there yet.

I was at the game but I missed the reason why Wittman got thrown out. There were a couple of iffy calls IMO but I must have missed the one where Wittman got upset. The bigger thing to me is how the Wizards keep missing so many free throws.

BTW, I believe the Raptors are 22-12 since the Rudy Gay trade. That winning percentage (.647) would be good enough for 6th in the West or 9th in the league.

Very disappointing loss. This was one we should have grabbed at home. However, we had balanced scoring and Wall seemed to pick right up where he left off before the all star break. The team went on a nice run after Wittman got ejected which showed good tenacity through adversity fighting back into it. With the exception of Lowry, Toronto didn't do too much. We are still on the right path here guys. Quiet the tank talk.
