Theres scientific and medical evidence that proves the brain is not fully developed until age 25. Yet we consider 18 year olds as adults and allow them to vote
And this again moves away from the court's narrative where they found privacy to be the overriding factor and where the debate on the scientific evidence can't be anecdotal (an opinion).
If you REALLY want to reduce the number of abortions and not just pontificate your views - then - come join me:
I would like to see the following supported to reduce the number of abortions (and help correct our demographic issues):
1) Guaranteeing any mother that has a child that she and her child will not live in poverty
- guarantee housing, food and healthcare
2) Guarantee free daycare to allow the mother to pursue her profession
3) Guarantee the new child education without debt through college
4) Finding ways to destigmatize single parents "single mothers"
1. hell no!!!! but i will support strong tax incentives for employers who hire mother with children younger than 14.
2. yes. free day care ONLY when mother with children younger than 14 are AT WORK!!
3. phuck no!!!!
4. Hiring mother and STRONG tax incentives TO HIRE MOTHERS will destigimatize single moms (if there is any stigma). 100% of my W2 dental employees are women. not 99%. 100% and 80% of them are single moms or unmarried moms at some point during their time working for me if not the ENTIRE time. There is no stigma!! You are under an illusion. Woman can easily work even with young children. My best employees are single (unmarried) moms with children to feed and therefore determined to feed their babies.
YOU, DCkings are the misogynist!! Thinking that single moms with children are incapable of work!!!??? What they cant walk and chew gum??? What is wrong with you?? What rock do you live under???
All those mom's do need help with daycare. And employers should get a break for having to over hire because single moms with children tend to need significant time off to manage their children. And they should get money from the government and be able to pay their own families members (grandmas). But as it stands right now, I would say that 80-90% of my single working moms (about 20 of them) have grandparents of hers or the fathers that watch the child during work hours.
I am a very understanding employer because i own my own business and I hire good people but many are not or dont take the time to invest in people. I do. And it is very rewarding. When you help a kind hearted single mother feed and clothe their children they are very appreciative and end up your most loyal employees. I have 3 women who have been with me over 15 years!! 15 more that have been with me over 8 years. That is loyalty!! They get more hours and earn higher wages and bonuses when the economy is doing better and the businesses are doing better. So they treat it like its their own business.
And TBH, When young women do not have children they do not stick around very long. Whether they be HS grads doing assistant work or have an MBA in finance...they are always looking to move, or explore, or the next job that pays a whole $1 more per hour but they have no idea how good that employer is. HARD PASS on those women. Give me a single mother 8 days per week and twice on Sunday. No one will work harder for you. No one will be more responsible. No one will take to instruction as well. And they understand the little things in life so much better.
Single moms with their head screwed on right is THE WAY TO GO!!! Hire them first every single time.
like i said, its a full rebuild.
