Miller comes out and says what everyone knows, superstars get favorable calls. Here's my question: Is it good for the game to give superstars the calls? Seriously, if Michael Jordan hadn't gotten all those calls, wouldn't he still have six championships? I suspect Stern has made a conscious decision -- calling the games fair makes the hardcore fans happy, pumping up the stats of superstars (Gilbert being the notable exception) makes the bandwagon fans happy. Guess which fans he's going after?

DelaneyRudd, I believe is a mod on the Jazz board and he's the one that is getting it all together. The plan is to watch the draft in one of the convention rooms, and all that good stuff. This is basically going to be one of those trips where posters from RealGM will meet each other.

Oh, it's in June. I thought you said July, which is why I thought about Summer League. Either way, the software project I'm working on at work deploys that week and I gotta be there. Maybe next year.
